Such a friendly garage, didn't feel that we were pushed at all and we were left to look around the car by ourselves which we preferred. Justin did all the paperwork and made everything easy and we were able to drive away same day which was an added bonus. Would highly recommend to friends and family in the future.

We visited Britannia after seeing the vehicle online. The salesman Justin Morgan was friendly, approachable and not pushy. He made us and our dogs and son feel welcome and was genuine and very knowledgeable. We left feeling as though we were valued and of importance - something you rarely feel these days as purchasers. We had a few questions and a little discussion between ourselves about the vehicle and did some more research and when contacting Justin absolutely nothing was too much trouble… he was honest and extremely to the point. When we made the decision to purchase the vehicle we met again with Justin and once again he accommodated us, was honest and in our opinion went above and beyond to make us feel like we were valued… we took the vehicle away and encountered a problem with programming and after contacting Justin to discuss he sorted and resolved the issue. Excellent salesmanship by Russell Stoneman. He was very helpful and cooperative from start to finish. He picked me up from the station as well. Paperwork was done very quickly and I was on my way back with the car within no time. I found some small marks on the car which was not mentioned in the advert. Other than that, great dealership

Wanting to buy a used car, your company was on my list of garages to visit.
On arrival, I had a warm, friendly welcome and didn't feel pressured in anyway.
There were a few cars that I was interested in and took 2 out on a test drive.
After going over the facts and figures later, I felt I had found my car.
There were a few minor issues with the car itself, which were sorted and I picked the car up the following day.
Having received the welcome I did, I didn't feel the need to want to look anywhere else.

A special shout out to Russell Stoneman, who looked after me and made the whole process a breeze, including arranging the part-x for my old car & driveway insurance (at no extra cost). I have previously lost trust with used car dealers, however if you want an honest, good quality service, I would highly recommend this company. I bought the Ford S-Max, Russell Stoneman was more than helpful, making my experience a great one. From making the first contact, being reassured of the cars condition and to how it drives. My new car was delivered this morning as Russell promised it would be, on time; it couldn't have been easier. The car was in immaculate condition, very pleased, it drives like a dream with full documentation and necessary information explained to me. All I needed to say was yes. My biggest fear of a purchase from a long distance dealership is that you put all of your faith in the person that sells you that car; this has certainly paid off - thanks Russell Stoneman at Britannia Motor Co. Wow, what an experience. We travelled all the way from Norwich to Britannia motor garage to collect our new car. We liaised with Russel Stonemason over the phone who was very helpful with everything we needed to know and was reassuring. He explained everything thoroughly, was patient and gave us the time we wanted and needed for our reassurance.
After a long journey to collect the car, Russel was friendly, professional and knowledgeable - he accommodated all our needs and enquiry’s. The car was exactly how he described and matched up to the photos online- no hidden surprises. The garage was easy to find, all the staff were friendly including the manager Russel who assisted with any further enquiry’s. They both went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and it really was! We felt Russell’s customer service was excellent and fully understood what the customers needs were - he clearly new his stuff. They even helped us find somewhere to eat nearby before the long journey back. We both were extremely happy with our experience and would certainly buy from them again and recommend people to buy from this dealership! You won’t be disappointed, thank you Russel for helping us get a car we are thrilled with after a year long search! It was definitely worth the journey and the wait!

Archie sales man from Britannia, is very professional, rang me once, explained everything, and never bother me anymore until o got my decision. The other car companies, ring you every 5 secs. Annoying!
All the information need very accurate, he was very helpful and polite.
After the sale, he arranged all the paperwork, I haven't done almost anything, very pleased.
I had the car dropped off and my old taken away, the delivery guy appointed by Archie, called ben, also very professional, always kept me informed the arrival time. Also very polite.
Recommend 100%. I will definitely look in the future to do business with them again, even saying I am 150miles from Wales.
