I have not yet seen the actual bottles, lids, or evaluated how secure the closures are in terms of preventing leaks.
I chose this company primarily because it offered the most economical option compared to other lab suppliers and Amazon.
The shipment was fast.
A few bottle sizes/capacities listed on the website were not in stock, but a quick phone call allowed me to confirm availability.

Buckets arrive broken every time
Buckets arrive broken every time. They come without any protective packing around them. I have tried to contact the company numerous time to no avail.

The bottle delivered is as ordered
The bottle delivered is as ordered. Communication was not great when the order was late. Turned out they were short of stock of that bottle and should have been proactive instead of me having to chase things up.

Perfect plastics company
Perfect plastics company. Everything ordered was delivered on time and without issues. This is the 3rd time using this company and the products are very good, materials used are A1. Hopefully will continue to use in the months to come

Decent quality
Nice product, good quality and super fast delivery with DPD.
Postage is expensive on smaller orders, but as it came quickly it's not too bad.

Out of stock of item so nothing happened. What I contacted them to ask why we had not had the product we ordered, they did sort the problem out immediately. They sent the next size up and we got these the next day. Service in the past has been good but this particular time it went wrong. Will use again
