Excellent, reliable service
Everything was perfect. 4am pickup to the airport in a large car with avery helpful, polite driver. Excellent communication before, during, and after booking. Collection from the airport was seamless. What a fantastic, reliable company with excellent drivers. Thank you1

The whole experience was excellent
The whole experience was excellent. The person on the phone was reassuring and the online booking very straightforward. The driver arrived exactly at 3am and helped us with our bags. The drive and drop off was first class. An excellent start to our holiday! Thank you Bristol Cabbies.

Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend Bristol Cabbie. We booked Bristol Cabbie to go to and from a wedding in Chepstow. The car was easy to book online and the driver was courteous. Bristol Cabbie messaged me an hour ahead of the first journey letting me know they would be there and then confirmed the pickup location once we were dropped off after the first leg. I will definitely use them again!

Would highly recommend
Would highly recommend. We booked trips to and from Bristol airport. Our drivers arrived on time and with booster seat as requested. When arriving back into Bristol the driver contacted us to ensure he met us when we came out at arrivals. Easy to amend our booking when we needed to, simple efficient and professional service.

Poor value and an unpleasant journey
We paid £140 for an 'Executive' mini bus to take 8 of us 5.0 miles from the Village Hotel in Bristol to the Plough at Pilning - 15 mins each way.
The river turn up 20 mins late having rang earlier to say he was running late. Allegedly, it was a flat tyre - although mysteriously, his hands were extremely clean after changing the tyre. The minibus had six seats in the back, so two of us had to sit in the front with the driver. This was very cramped and uncomfortable. The journey was quite unpleasant as the driver took call after call from customers wanting taxis later that night. His attention was not on the road and he braked late on several occasions and at one point, tried to go down a 'closed road' - which was clearly marked with a diversion - as his satnav was telling him to. I had to point out that he couldn't get down that road, but his English wasn't great, so not sure what he understood. He did turn up on time to take us back and the return journey was better, but the damage had be already done. Sorry, poor value for money and not the best experience.

Perfect service
Perfect service, I have nothing negative to say. Despite being a 3am ride, the driver was in time and got us at the airport earlier than we planned. 10/10 I would definetly recommend.
(better paying Bristol cabbie and be sure to get to your destination on time, then pay for a taxi company/Uber that can just cancel on you and leave you in the mess alone)
