Fixed it pdq

A delivery went slightly awry due to a picking error. They took responsibility for the error and sorted it pdq. Suppliers who fix things are the best I've found

Great customer service from Brissco

Great customer service from Brissco. My order arrived promptly but with an item missing. Mistakes happen but it’s the way a company deals with it that makes all the difference. I had an apology and the missing item was replaced without a fuss. The products were good quality and reasonably priced too.

Outstanding service

I urgently needed an acrylic sheet cut to size to replace a broken shed window. Brissco staff were responsive, professional and friendly. The sheet was cut accurately. The price was very reasonable.
Really good to find this excellent firm and to avoid online purchase with its long wait times, small order surcharges and risk of damage in transit.

Very professional company

Excellent company to purchase from. Reasonable prices plus professional and courteous service.JJ in the trade department couldn’t be faulted with her very helpful attitude. Calls returned quickly, unlike a particular bathroom company based in Bradford.

Swift, Amazing and Knowledgeable.

Have completed a couple of projects now (bathroom panels and guttering) and cannot fault Brissco at all.

Both sets of products are incredible, but more importantly the service is incredible. Knowledgeable and friendly - Bulky items delivered swiftly.

100% recommend,

5 star!

We recently used Brissco to provide our wall and ceiling panels for a bathroom upgrade. The quality of the materials was high end, as described, easy to work with and affordable. The customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend!
