Hello, Here is what I went thru as well for these cute Cashmeir socks 2 pairs, I received the first pair in 2 months after Christmas. So the second pair is where the scam comes in, they gave me the 17 world wide shipping tracking number that you can not get too, Then after several emails to the support email they said they were all vacation, only 7 people working in January. hmmm then I get a email stating that the second pkg is in the country at customs 4 days later it says its on its way, several weeks go by and then in Feb 2025 it says it was delivered, not to my house and the tracking number was not a USPS after 20 emails to them they gave me a tracking number from USPS and yes it did show it was delivered but I had to go to the post office to see where it was delivered to in my city. I was given the full print out of the start to finish of this tracking number they gave me and it did not start near the customs office but an address in Illinois. The post office warned me about China scams to avoid Tariffs and scams that they find tracking numbers that are going near your city of residence and sending this tracking number to you to think it was the post office mistake. Its A scam and the USPS tracking number was a Priority mail from Illinois and they said that's another red flag they have been seeing lately. The socks are very well made but from the looks of it you may get one pair and will definitely wait 2 months to get it and good luck on the other pairs, My order was for 1 pair for each transaction and I used two different CC for the order as I was not sure about the possible scam that might be coming my way. Customer support is not in any way concerned about any of us coming back to them as they should of sent another pair immediately when I was telling them they were not delivered to my address by the USPS and that label they created should have my name and address on it, They tried to make a label to shut me up and kept telling me it was delivered and keep looking around my porch. They are playing games, It's more of a personal grievance I have with them now, not about the money, and that's another strange thing my bank statement got the two charges and neither of them match the receipt from them and the company name is not the same, They charged $10 dollars more for one pair and the other pair was suppose to be $6 dollars less and it was full price. The only way to stop these guys is to not buy from them, they are not legit, but whomever makes the products are its Briskrhythm is the scammers. Frauding the USPS is a Federal offense, The credit card company will get you your money back but will not go after these guys, so that does not help stopping these scammers. BUYERS BEWARE SCAMMERS...

I sure wish I had found and reviewed this website first. I ordered two pairs on Dec. 9, 2024 as Christmas gifts. One pair arrived Jan. 17, 2025. Since then I have tried to get the second pair sent to no avail. I have been offered $3 and "best" $7 which I don't want as the socks are pretty good. I would just like for them to send my what I bought. The second pair of socks. This company is fraudulent. Stay away from them.

Ordered the hidden compartment shelf and never received it . $59.90 down the drain 😞

Ordered on Dec 12th. No show!! They run you through the whole spill. First at customs in Ireland for a week,then in transit to u.s. Arrived at u.s custom a week later. Must have swam the Atlantic. Then arrived at U.S. customs.There they must have moved through by using a spoon attached to someones nose and rolled the package through the entire center.Next a week later it arrived at a Dallas center where a week later it was out for delivery. That's been a week and must be coming by turtle. I hope it can swim because when it his Louisiana , it gets really wet fast. Customer standing by! P.S.- Maybe I should have taken a class on making socks. Surely it would faster. That was a Christmas present for 2024. They must have thought 2025.

I ordered 7 pair 139.93 dec. 8th tracked them it took a month to arrive in the U.S. them 13 days to make it to the post office in my home town but never made it to my address of 24 years, post office has no record of the package and when I emailed the company they told me that they would phone call me but wanted to charge me for the call and all I had to do is give them my credit card # ,... scam buyer beware

OK, I GAVE THEM A 5 STAR BECAUSE I THOUGHT I GET SCAMMED BUT I DIDNT. IT TOOK 2 AND A HALF MONTHS TO GET TO FLORIDA BUT THEY CAME! VERY NICE SOCKS ALSO. SUPER WARM AND PERFECT TIMING FOR THE COLD WEATHER. IF YOU DONT MIND THE WAIT THEY ARE LEGIT. AT LEAST TO ME.

Ordered 3 pairs of socks using PayPal. Never received 2 pair.
After using PayPal resolution, PayPal sided with Briskrythym saying an order was delivered. Yes an order was delivered woth ONE pair instead of 3. SCAM. And I closed my account with PayPal as well.

Like everyone else who ordered the same socks I too never received my order. I placed my order on Dec 3rd and here we are Jan 13th and no socks. I didn't know that my order was coming from China. Had I'd known it I would have never ordered them. This is unacceptable! Facebook you suck as well.

Its been 6 weeks still no delivery to get s $100 from them. And counting. They haver never heard of fed x or Amazon in Whoville

I never received my order. This company scam people. It’s been over 60 days since I placed my order.
The FBI needs to shut ‘em down.

Ordered some socks for my girlfriend on December 07, 2024 and we are now over a month later and there is no delivery. Like others, there was no mention that the socks were coming from overseas. Mine said they were shipping from Ireland, I saw someone else's review say their socks shipped from Italy. So it is definitely a SCAM in my books. Really annoying that Facebook allows SCAM companies to operate unchecked within their online infrastructure.

Got ripped off trying to get something that I thought my girlfriend would like. What a joke.

Oh no, just what I thought. My experience is same as others. I saw their ads on Facebook Marketplace in early Dec24 for Ultra-thick Cashmere Slipper Socks in different colors. I placed order on 12/8/24, and as of 1/3/25 they are still in "transit". When I placed the original order, there was no indication that this was shipping from overseas; I assumed from the US. After order placement, found out it was shipping from Italy (oh no!). Various automated updated from Briskrhythm showed my order was in transit in Italy, at Italy customs, at US Customs on 12/31/24, and that's the last update.

But key clue to the scam is when I sent a personal note on 12/22 asking for update, they provided information that it was actually being sent from China; no mention of Italy at all. Definitely deceptive. I had ordered through Facebook Marketplace, so Meta should be responsible for allowing fraudulent companies from using their platform.

I should have also read the reviews about this company. I ordered gifts on 12/11/24 and 12/13/24 and paid the upgrade to VIP shipping expecting to receive the gifts before Christmas. It is now 12/31/24 and still nothing. They reply to my emails, but with the same copy and pasted message. Save your time and money!

Scam Scam do not use this company.
Why is PayPal working with this company.

Product is nice (socks)/ Took more than a month to receive.

Wish had seen this first. Showed my partner a Xmas gift idea for me and he is being given the run around. Tracking says the items are being sent from US to CHINA now!!!!!!!!!! I do wish there was redress for these thieves.

I gave 1 star but I would rather give 0. I made a double order by mistake which I announced immediately. They sent me replies but each time from a different person, with no intention to give a solution to keep only one order. At one point one of the people who replied told me to give the second pair of pants to a friend…😳
The products I received after countless communication back and forth were nothing like the one I ordered. The pants are made of a plastic material and feel nothing like what it looked like in the ad.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers in the month of April
Initially received a couple of messages saying the consignment was in transit and then customs
But after that nothing and goods never arrived
Can’t contact them as well !!
