It was a terrible experience. When it comes to a refund, the request conveniently gets to their junk box. Buyers beware.

Hey there, we accepted your return request and provided all returns information in a timely manner, despite your email going to the junk inbox and not being sent to our returns inbox (returns@bringitback.co.uk).
We have never, from memory, never had a return request come to our junk inbox, which is monitored less regularly by our small team.
We apologized for the minor delay in response, which was 1-2 days. We replied on the weekend, out of our monitoring hours, as soon as we saw the email.
Given the circumstances, saying you had a terrible experience and "buyers beware" is not representative of our customer service, nor your experience.

Today I received my first parcel from Bring It Back and I have to say that I am bowled over by the quality, service and price of the goods I received.
I took advantage of the 5 items for £100 and expected to probably discard 2 items, but the 3 pairs of jeans and 2 jackets were absolutely fabulous.
I will definitely recommend and return to buy more.
A win win. Small business, recycled clothing and UK based. Brilliant.
