No show - no alternative
We ordered an end of tenancy service through Brilliant Cleaners. The service was cancelled 20 mins before due to happen which put us in a very delicate position and made us loose a good chunk of our deposit.
The reasons seem to have been outside of their control but we were not offered any alternative (just a refund).
Not a great first experience and we probably won’t try again.

Regrettably, due to a series of unforeseen events on our side, we were unable to provide a suitable replacement team on the day. In such instances, we believe it is not in anyone’s best interest to proceed with a service that falls short of our usual standards — and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
While we couldn’t meet expectations on this occasion, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to be reconsidered for any future services. We would be more than happy to demonstrate the high quality and professionalism we are known for.

This company is a scam!
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I paid £620 for a full deep cleaning service. They arrived on Sunday, requesting to stay an extra 30 minutes (chargeable) and they barely did half the job. The areas that were "cleaned", were to below average standards.
To make matters worse, my complaints were poorly handled. They don't respond when they say they would, they make up lies to absolve themselves, those answering calls cannot help in any way, and they have no resonable options to resolve my complaints, other than paying for cleaners to return and finish the job properly. They said a manager would call me back the next day. When I called the next day, they said the manager won't be back in 1-2 weeks.
I've provided them with pictures to prove the poor job done, and I'm being told they cannot offer me a refund of any kind or a redo.
I was planning on contining with them: to pay for regular cleaners after the deep clean, but instead, I've been scammed.
I'm surprised they have so many positive reviews on Trustpilot. I trusted these reviews when I intially requested a quote from them. I would not even recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Professional service
The cleaner arrived on time and worked diligently on cleaning my bathroom to a very good standard. She did try to remove the limescale from the shower enclosure but it didn't work. All other fittings were cleaned to a high shine.
The overall customer service was very good.
