5 weeks ago i phoned brightsmile dental care, Tadworth nd asked the cost of a complete set of dentures. I was given the figure of approximately £350, which was in line with national average for NHS dentures. i bookd an appointment and had an impression taken the nextweek.
I was then told that as there as insufficient one to get a good fit on the bottom set, it would e better to use my old bottom set. i asked for a strengthener for the new top set. as i was only getting a top set there was no reduction, and a further £300 added to the £350 already agreed. no refund offered.as a pensioner i feel that they took advantage ok my age. and in my opinion ca complete scam to extract as much money from me, as possible. keep away from these rip off artists

The front desk is the first person a patient meets. It’s the first impression — the face of the clinic. The most important qualities for that person are being friendly and communicating well with people. Unfortunately, the person at the entrance here is well known in the area for being rude and unfriendly.

My 9-year-old daughter had two fillings done on the same tooth, and most likely both were done while there was already an infection. This morning, we woke up and saw her tooth was badly swollen. We immediately came to this dentist to show them the infection. We had taken two hours off from school for this. What the doctor needs to do is clear: look at the obvious swelling and prescribe antibiotics to treat the infection.

But the person at the door sent us back because the earliest appointment was in three hours — and said this in a rude way again. So I had to take my daughter to my office in another area and now we’ll have to come back again in two hours. It’s nothing but unnecessary stress and hassle. My daughter won’t be able to go back to school after that either.

Two fillings on the same tooth were done unsuccessfully. We had to deal with rudeness from the front desk. And now we’re being sent back and forth as if just to make things harder. Truly a terrible experience.

Have ordered off them they claim it’s shipped in 3-5 business days. It has now been 13. I’ve emailed several times and no response!

Scam Scammers Scam. Ordered 12 they sent 6!!! THEY THEN SAID ITS 6 2 STRIPS IN EACH PACK.

Total scam! It stopped working after 2 weeks and when I called the rude girl told me there is NO warranty. Proceed with EXTREME caution!!!

How I wish I checked the review on an independent site like Trustpilot before I purchased. After receiving the order, it looked like a toy and when I sent an email to complain, a user guide was sent. I followed the user guide but the BrightSmile™ veneers did not even stay on the teeth not to talk of using it. It was a total waste of money. Brightsmile is just scamming innocent people and they are aware of this. How I wish I could get a refund. So painful. Please do not buy BrightSmile™ veneers. I would have given them no star if there's such rate. they don't deserve the one-star rating. Date of experience is May, 2024

DO NOT BUY...... this is a total scam. This is an absolute joke and somebody is taking advantage of people's insecurities with their teeth! To the scammers - FCUK YOU!!!!

I am autistic and the manager Pooja Juneja decided to remove me from the NHS list because I cancelled an appointment at too short notice. I explained that the appointment was on Monday and I did not know I could cancell on Sunday as per their policy it is 24 hrs. She told me to go to Kings Hospital which is over an hour from where I live. I told her I do not have a car and I cannot go far on my own. In my area dental practise are all full capacity. Tonight I could not sleep due to a severe toothache and infection. I suffer from paradontosis. 111 offered Croydon but it is again too far from where I live and taxi would be too expensive. I have to self medicate hoping that all goes well but still the problem is not solved.
She said I have to find a more suitable practise for my needs. She said she is doing this for the good of the practise.
I believe this is discrimination and she is acting against the equality act 2010. According to law organisations ought to make adjustments and be flexible towards disable patients.
Though she things she can get away with that because people on dental NHS care cannot afford solicitors. I think this is beyond shameful.

Ordered, tracked for 2 months. Emailed yesterday to ask for refund. I can no longer access the tracking or the order.

Ordered 1 pair for £19.99 with a second for £16 - total £35.99. The offer also included a 60-day money-back guarantee if unhappy. The veneers arrived and were a joke. Invoked my 60-day return only to learn that a) the company was based in China, and not the UK as alluded to in the advert, BrightSmile UK and b) I had to pay the return postage which had to include a tracking service which then cost me £18 in total! I too bought this through Facebook and won't be doing so again....lesson learnt!

Worst product I’ve ever bought. I would rate it 10- if I could. Save your money. Shocking product

It was almost worth the £20 for the uncontrollable crying with laughter when I put these in. So, so, so bad, so if you want veneers please spend a decent amount of money and do it properly!

OMG do not buy anything from this company as what a waste of money the clip on veneers as they are just lumps of plastic that look awful and there refund policy is very cagey

If I could give a zero I would. Cancelled order after reading reviews and was told by customer services to await the shipment and return. This I did to be told due to hygiene reasons I could not be refunded or return. Thankfully I paid on PayPal and got my refund as I didn’t even open the package.
Don’t patronise these scammers as the product is not as advertised and customer service is as shoddy as the product

Awfull veneers from bright smile don’t fit awfull cheap plastic waste of money feel conned

Like all the previous negative reviews have stated, these are absolutely DREADFUL, please do not waste your money on this total scam. Don't be fooled by the glowing reviews on social media which are clearly as fake as their advertised 30 day refund policy. As soon as my massive joke shop teeth arrived, I emailed the 'company', and I use the term loosely to request a refund. This was declined for hygiene reasons, so not only do i have joke shop teeth that I paid £19.99 for, but am also unable to obtain a refund. I've emailed trading standards, and will not be content until this company is not allowed to trade on peoples' insecurities regarding their appearance.

Total scam rip off. Don't buy from this company. You receive a piece of child size white plastic that vaguely look like teeth. SCAM

I don't know why you allowed to advertise on Facebook and PayPal allowed scamers to do the payment on this website. Bright smile it's a scam website but interesting they have support customers lol. Please be aware of this website

This is a scam - paid £19.99 and waited a very long time. When they finally arrived they were like a plastic toy set you would get from a joke shop. They will not refund you any money not even a partial refund. It was ordered with a credit card through Facebook.
Their advert is misleading and should be investigated and monies returned to any one who purchased them. Where do people go for justice these days? I would imagine they are based outside the UK and nothing can be done.
