Customers Beware! Awesome Seller

In January, I bought a canvas. The box overall seems too small and flat to accommodate the main and 4 additional panels. I was about to return but could not resist opening the package to inspect its contents. Despite the box looking a bit squished in transit, all 5 panels were intact and, in fact, very nicely rendered and gallery wrapped! I ended up keeping it and ordered 3 more items.

The quilts looked flat since the inside plastic packages were compressed. I was disappointed but they turned out quite fluffy after one day. The rug is pretty much the same way.

Their customers service is attentive and friendly. One of my emails fell through the crack but the others were replied amazingly fast. Well, overall they are not perfect but I highly recommend Bright & Roomy anyway. Their service attitude is not seen much nowadays.

Everyone in this company is so nice

Everyone in this company is so nice, especially Ryan. They are very responsive and assisted promptly with my personalization requests. I bought a few items and return one of them without any issue. Now I know where to get holiday gifts for my family.

Be Careful with Bright and Roomy

They became shady as soon as I needed a refund. And it took over 4 months of me pressing them to finally honor giving me my money back, only because I threatened with legal action.

I ordered a canvas from them at the end of November. The canvases did not come out how I was hoping, which was a bummer but not why I have a problem with this company. Their communication with me when prepping my order was fantastic; but as soon as I wanted my money back, they were suddenly hard to reach. In December, within the 30 day refund policy stated on their website, I emailed them with my order number and why I wanted a return and refund. No response. I call and email again in January. No response. I call again in March and finally they text me asking how they can help me. I tell them I’ve emailed twice and they say they responded both times. I found that extremely questionable since there is no proof of that but kept it light, chalked it up to miscommunication, then asked for a refund. They told me to send the canvas back to them and the tracking number so they know when to expect it. I send the canvas back that Monday and it said it would get to them on Thursday. Thursday comes, and the shipping center says they got it, but I do not hear from the company. I text the number that Friday. Nothing. I follow up the Wednesday after and they finally say it will take 7-20 business for it to show up. Which felt incredibly long, but I just asked them when they issued the refund and they said they issued it that Tuesday. Implying they’ve had the canvas since Thursday and didn’t immediately issue a refund. After waiting the full 20 business days, no refund has been posted to my account. I’ve been very patient and reasonable up to this point but now it feels like they’re just hoping I forget about it altogether. So I call, text and email all at the same time that if the refund is not resolved by end of day I will pursue legal action. Literally within 1 minute of this message, they ask for my Paypal information and within 15 minutes they’ve sent me a refund. This is extremely insulting because they were only willing to give the money up when they were backed into a wall. And it heavily implies they lied and never issued that refund 20 business days ago because they didn’t acknowledge if that one was on the way at all, they just sent me new money via Paypal. I do not respect how this company does business or treats their customers.

We do apologize for all the inconvenience during the process. The refund was really issued on March 26th. However, we experienced some delays from the payment service provider. We did not let you know what happened since we try not to involve customers to our own issues.

When you reached out to us yesterday, we had to use a personal PayPal account to send the funds to you right away just because we don’t want to keep you waiting any longer. If we were you, we would have been frustrated as well.

We have been reaching out to you and sent a small gift as our sincerely apology.

The company is very responsive

The company is very responsive. They do not take calls frequently but always get back to me fast either by texts/ Messenger. USPS kept saying my package was arriving late for one week. Bright & Roomy got it resolved and the rug was delivered today. Pleased overall.

I was super skeptical about this…

I was super skeptical about this website, just because it's pretty hard to find quality nightmare before Christmas stuff.. I ordered a area rug and I just got it today.. ITS BEAUTIFUL and exactly like it was pictured, actually probably better. I wish there was a place I could post a picture of the rug because it is awesome. From now on this will be the place I get area rugs.

First of all the communication with Bright and Roomy is top tier! Immediate after my order I was given realistic details about what to expect since quilts are made to order.

I’d spent a long time looking for a sailor moon blanket, months off and on since she’s a huge part of my childhood memories that I’ve gotten back into. Nothing was too amazing, then somehow I find this! I loved all of the styles they had available and it was so hard to choose!

My blanket surprisingly came much earlier than expected, a welcome surprise when I got home from work. It is beautiful work and a great quality. I sent a video to a few friends and every single one asked for the link to the website to buy their own quilt. I’ll probably buy more myself!

I highly recommend Bright and…

I highly recommend Bright and Roomy….the quality of the rug I purchased is excellent. I had concerns it would not arrive in time for Christmas and was instantly messaged explaining why there was a delay and my email was also answered the next morning to confirm I was happy with the explanation. They also sent expedited and arrived on the 23rd, as promised. Their customer services was beyond expectation.

Satisfied Customer

I ordered a throw for my SIL semi close to Xmas. They texted me right after I ordered & said due to them making everything to order it may not come b4 Xmas & would I like to proceed w/my order. Never had a company do that, was very nice. It arrived better than expected. Colors were so vibrant, she loved it! I will order from them in the future for sure😊 Thanks Bright & Roomy!

Delay resolved

Ordered a quilt set second week of November and never had any delays before. This time there was a long delay so I reached out to Customer Service. They got back with me right away, tracked the problem and it arrived just in time!

Ordered 4 quilt sets for Christmas

Ordered 4 quilt sets for Christmas. 3 came early and the other one is still on the way. I don’t blame them since shipping has been delayed during this time of every year. The quilts are beautiful. Customer service is attentive. Will definitely be back.

Terrible shipping times & terrible customer service. I can't even log into my account anymore, when I try and reset my password it doesn't send the email to do so...and yes, I did check my spam folder. Will never buy from them again.

Nirvana quilt/blanket

Just in time for the Holiday

We ordered a Christmas Present and it arrived sooner than expected. I was able to text the company and get any updates I needed. The blanket is absolutely beautiful. I will be looking at them for any future blanket needs. Thanks for providing a quality product and great service.

Beautiful blanket. Very happy customer :)

Communication was a little slow at first, couldve been holiday rush. I was worried about it not getting here in time but they assured me it would be and it was! The blanket is STUNNING. I cannot wait to give it to my Dad ♡ I searched forever for the right one and this is it!

Quilts very Poor Quality!

First I will say customer service is quick to respond. But as far as the item was concerned that is the only good thing I can say, the "quilt" I bought for my son for Christmas. It arrived 27 days after ordering it (yes the website is clear about this but not clear on the reasoning for this as the item ships out direct from China). After opening the item I can't understand all the good reviews for these items.... it was two thin layer with almost no quilt batting in between, but this I could have lived with. What stopped me was the actual design, it was printed from what looked like a blown up photo so all the lines were blurred and there was a flaw right in the middle where the picture did not copy correctly onto the fabric during printing. Contacted the company and was asked if I wanted it to to be replaced or refunded, opted for the refund and I am now shopping for a last minute Christmas idea for my son.

The reason it takes 14-21 business days for delivery is because all our products are made to order and we need 2 weeks for processing. We never hide this fact and always let customers know when being asked.
