Honestly, I’ve only had the shoes about a week, and it took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive, so I wasn’t impressed by the shipping time. Nor the lack of communication about where my package was or when it would arrive. It made me nervous that I’d been hoodwinked.

Shoes are comfy, though, and if they last a good amount of time, I will purchase another pair suitable for hiking. These seem, honestly, too flimsy for long hiking. For everyday walking they’re fine, and my feet have never been so comfortable at work! I work on a hospital unit, so they’re perfect for my job!

The shoes are very comfortable and fit true to size.
The process of ordering is a little confusing, giving the misleading impression that you can return the shoes for free. There is no option like that. You have to pay for shipping (over $20! for one pair of shoes) which is non refundable. Also, it took quite a long time to receive the order. I also felt lured into buying a second pair at a slightly lower price, thinking that I will be able to return it if I don't like it. Be sure to read their return policy carefully before purchasing the shoes. It's deceiving.

Site says FREE SHIPPING FROM THE US, but they are sent from CHINA and all returns must be sent to CHINA. The return shipping costs more than the shoes did! Under the REFUND POLICY they make it sound so easy but they don’t say the “international warehouse” where the returns are processed is located in CHINA. How hard would it be to say up front that ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO CHINA AT CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE?

Ordered them for work shoes, fantastic! Perfect for running up and down metal roofs all day. Also double up great as a hiking pair of shoes. Favorite pair of barefoot shoes I’ve ever had

I can not attest to the longevity of the shoes, I've only had them a little over a week. But what I can say is I have spent the last 25-30 years in pain, every second of every day. Since wearing these shoes, I have been able to work full shifts on my feet with what I would call acceptable or normal amounts of end of the day aches. After work the other day, my husband declares "that is the least painful sounding car entrance I've ever heard" I'm thrilled at not having pain, ordered a second pair for winter and a pair for my husband

The price, they were a gift for my boyfriend so thankful you had his size shoes ,he loves tgem,the comfort

Loo I have purchased several pairs before,these were bought for my so n nefew and myself,both have confirmed what I already know, it's like having nothing on your feet 🐾😔! The comfort,fit unmatchable Magic! Quickly I accidentally I went sleep 😴 with them on ian 70 jumped up to run to the bathroom and bam like running 💨 on Air !!!!!

Product very good, true to size for narrow fit and service was good. Just a shame that they do not do sliders, sandals or slippers. Would definitely buy more

I ordered shoes over two weeks ago, and the website specifically said it would be priority shipping. Their phone number does not work. I specifically asked in an email to communicate with a person and the reply was that it was not possible. I don’t know if or when the shoes will show up. I would never order from them again and expect I will contact the Better Business Bureau.

I bought one pair. They were so comfortable I bought a second pair. Then I needed another color, so I bought a third pair. All in the space of 3 months. Need I say more?

These were recommended to me for plantar fasciitis. I was annoyed by the confusing ordering process that resulted in me accidentally getting two pairs of shoes. However- this was a very happy mistake! These have been the only shoes to bring me relief and having two pairs is very convenient. I use one pair for outdoor activities that make them sandy and dusty, and the other pair for neater times. I’ll be ordering more.

I am enjoying my shoes very much. Love the light feel and the roominess for my bunions.
I will say, I am extremely glad I did not size up from my 6 1/2 to a 7. I went down to a 6 and the fit perfectly. I've been burned before on that.
It took a bit to receive my shoes, and truthfully I thought i was getting scammed (it's happened before and now I'm jaded). But my emails always were answered in a timely fashion and was proved not to be a scam. Now I'm thinking about getting a pair for my husband!

Neat shoes! I love them! I haven't had my pair of barefoot shoes long, and I have extremely tender soles of my feet. I'm starting out wearing these barefoot shoes mostly indoors. But so far they are very comfortable.

The pricing doesn't make sense. I got 2 pairs. I like them both but they are quite different. The lighter shoe is very comfortable but it's flimsy and I can tell it will wear out quickly. I wouldn't mind that, but the flimsier shoe was more expensive (it came with "free" inserts which might explain the higher price 🙄- that seems shady). I liked them enough that I immediately went back to website to buy more, but changed my mind when I realized they were the more expensive pair.
-According to the website, all shoes are "on sale" at a significantly reduced rate. There's NO WAY these shoes are worth the "original" listed price. Were they ever actually sold at that price? If so, that's rip off. $50 or so seems reasonable for the quality, no more.
-I didn't like the post-purchase email, counting down, trying to pressure me into buying another pair.
-The delivery was supposed to take 6-12 days but took several days longer than that. I wouldn't have minded it taking longer but I was expecting it within 12 days.
-I didn't know that the shoes come from China until I tracked my order, but I guess I should have known what "designed in Arizona" means.
-Again, I like the shoes, but they are not a durable, long lasting product. That's fine but the price should reflect that.
-In multiple instances, this company gave me the impression that they are sneaky (untrustworthy) and overcharging customers. That's too bad because I LIKE THE SHOES. They could have done so much better.

My experience was great this is my third pair. They are very comfortable and durable. Shipping tool a little bit longer than expected but it was definitely worth the wait.

They feel nice and soft

This is the third time that we have ordered shoes and they have been sent to the wrong place or we didn't even receive them at all even with paid shipping protection still did not receive issues checked on my receipt address and shipping address are correct but item was sent to a completely different state in Broomfield Colorado still have not received the shoes even though they said they were delivered here in Taylor Arizona but are not there because we checked the mailbox yesterday tracking number that was given to me by customer support doesn't match or work with the shipment at all not even for the same shipment address was different. This company is a scam I would highly suggest that nobody order from this company as this is the third time we've ordered shoes and not received them delivery services crap company is crap and shoes are not as advertised phone numbers do not work cannot contact the store to complain or make comments.

Great Customer service. Product arrived sooner than expected as advertised. Quality shoes that have helped my mobility and balance that feel as if I have better contact with the walking surfaces. Happy with my purchase. Would recommend and buy again!
