My experience with this company was positive. I loved my boots, but unfortunately they are too narrow and pinch my toes. I will probably give them away because most likely it will be too expensive to ship them back. It also seemed to take quite a long time for my order to arrive. I didn't know they were in China???

I ordered 2 pair of the black Polar Waterproof Winter shoes.They fit well,in accordance to your sizing chart.They have answered our need for a "barefoot" winter boot.They are very warm and definitely waterproof.They are also easy to clean,with just wiping them with a damp cloth.Any dried salt residue is completely removed and your boots look like new again.They are so extremely comfortable that I often forget that I am wearing them.My feet remain toasty warm,indoors and out.

I really like the fit and comfort of the shoe but what i don't like is the bungee cord laces. The laces are too long and all the excess lace i have to weave in and out of the other
laces which is kinda irritating to remove the shoe.

I'm new to Utah and the cold country and needed some warm "boots". I ordered my Bright Footwear shoes, they came fast, had a good price and do they feel good. I have neuropathy and they are just the best, I wear them most of the time.

The services delivery time were great. The boots are good , I’ve worn them multiple times, sometimes the one rubs at my heel and the elastic ties stretch out.

The shoes are very comfortable and they are as say. I would buy them again.

My wife has a hard time finding shoes that work for her. Our daughter told me about these and I figured I would take a chance and I an glad I did. They are great and don't hurt her feet at all, even with extended wear. I would recommended anyone with problems finding a comfortable shoe to try these.

Good warmer barefoot shoe for cooler weather. Stronger bottom and comfortable.

I really love these shoes! They are soft and do help to keep me warm in the winter. The repellent that was applied so far has done a good job with the melting of snow and not allowed socks to get wet.

Ordered two pair of hike summits. Both fit perfectly and I've been wearing one pair through the mud and muck everyday for 3 months and still no sign of any fraying or damage. In contrast my old pair xeros started falling apart after one month.
