My vehicle was damaged during shipping almost two months ago the company still hasn't provided me with the proper insurance for claim only liability I sent letters and pictures they gave me liability certificate I made dozens of calls this is terrible I have been very patient how can anyone trust shipping their merchandise!

Terrible company to work with. The customer canceled the load, but they refused to cancel it in the system. They kept saying they would cancel it but never did. They also failed to provide the correct customer contact information for the required confirmations. Very poor communication and customer service. I do not recommend accepting loads from this company, they will likely waste your driver's time and miles.

The carrier had direct communication with the customer from the beginning. The customer ultimately canceled the shipment, and we cannot verify what led to that decision. Blaming our company for the cancellation is not an accurate representation of the situation. Thank you
