I have just bought my first car with Bridgend ford and I was very impressed with their service. Simon dealt with us from the start and he liaised very well with our own Car finance company, no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend as the customer service was great.

I have just purchased my third car from Bridgend Ford.
All all occasions I have always had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Dave Allen and as usual Dave outlined the deal perfectly and explained thoroughly the process. The professional I received is second to none.
Dave’s colleague Bo explained the technicalities of the vehicle and accompanied us on a test drive. Bo’s knowledge and assistance again was second to none and he is a very personable individual who is a credit to Ford Bridgend.
I cannot fault the service I received today and would be very happy to recommend Ford Bridgend as a first class company to deal with,

Just to confirm a very positive experience recently with three of the "new car sales team" at Bridgend Ford. From meeting Bethan initially as a "Product Specialist", followed by Sam Price a Transaction Manager, nothing was too much trouble, both were very well informed and went about their work in a bright and cheerful manner. This experience on Saturday, August 17th 2024 was followed up by assistance from Bo before and after a test drive on the 18th, in addition to Bethan's assistance once again. Philip Green

From the time I walked in until collection of vehicle service was 5*. Dave advised me on the car and leah kept me updated.
On collection Leah spent a lot of time setting up the technology side of vehicle and thoroughly explaining all aspects of it.

Dewi and the manger were the two people that I dealt with and there experiences and knowledge was second to none.

Poor service and attitude from staff. Talk down to you like muck wouldn’t recommend to anyone. 2 different cars 2 different occasions now so not impressed. Overpriced cars with damages and no help at all won’t repair and won’t knock off money for repairs either.
