1- It has come to my attention that there have been certain undisclosed charges that were not mentioned prior to the onboarding process. Despite my inquiries, these hidden fees, such as the mandatory product review charges of 500/- each, were not clarified by you or even discussed by Faujia.

2- Your assurance of providing A+ listings at a cost of 250/- each was misleading, as there seemed to be no thorough research conducted beforehand. The items selected for A+ listing were seemingly chosen at random, without any consideration for their potential effectiveness.

3- There was a noticeable discrepancy in the treatment of orders placed. While one order, presumably genuine, was given attention, another order placed by me was blatantly disregarded.

4- Despite running two campaigns, I have yet to receive any comprehensive analysis of their outcomes. It remains unclear who exactly is responsible for analyzing campaign results and where the corresponding reports should be shared.

5- Keyword research appears to have been neglected, as evidenced by the haphazard updating of keywords in product listings by your colleagues. When questioned about this oversight, there was no satisfactory explanation provided.

6- It remains unclear who is accountable for discussing and strategizing keyword utilization from your end.

Additionally, I must address the persistent pressure I have experienced from you to purchase ratings and reviews, despite my explicit refusal to engage in such practices. Furthermore, your dismissive response to inquiries about future plans ("Plan ka koi faiyda nahi hi") only adds to the sense of being misled.

Overall, it is evident that there has been a consistent pattern of misguidance and lack of transparency in our collaboration, beginning from the initial stages and extending throughout our partnership. Regrettably, due to these unresolved issues and the inability to ensure a satisfactory level of service, I have decided to discontinue our current arrangement. There is very worst management and rudely behave with client. Fradley they want to earn money and apply hidden charge to the client.

I am completely disappointed with your service. Please see my email I sent you , Through Sneh and Rahul I gave work to your company to do registration of FSSAI certification for my company. I paid 12000 Rs in advance more than a year ago.

I have given all the documents to Rahul and Sneh, the application was rejected in first attempt and on Senh and Rahul's advice I think they applied again, but since then both of them are not answering my email or phone call!!

Can you please contact them and ask me to reply in one week?
