Highly recommend BRICS
Highly recommend Basharat of BRICS. Had a few surveys done and he has been extremely helpful and amazing at spotting faults/ defects which we were totally unaware of. Saved me a lot of money and a lot hassle.

Building Survey and report
I received a detailed level 3 survey and report. They were professional from start to finish.
You will get photos and suggestions along with the description. The surveyor was also a damp and timber expert, perfect for older properties. I highly recommend.

Recently went through BRICS for a Level…
Recently went through BRICS for a Level 3 Survey. Booking in and confirmations were professional and efficient. We received a call from the Surveyor on the day of the visit to run through his findings. Surveyor highlighted all areas of concern in helpful detail and the report followed approximately 5 working days later which was of high standard ( I work within the Insurance industry so review Surveyor reports regularly). Would definitely recommend.
