Never again
I recently made my second order with Bricksdirect. My first order was very smooth and I have no complaints. Unfortunately I cannot say the same thing for my second order. I cancelled my order two days after placing the order (before shipment but after the money was received by the company) because I changed my mind about the product. I immediately communicated to the company both via email but also via the online message service in the order page that I wanted my order cancelled. After 7 days, two emails and two online messages later I have yet to get a single response. The order status has not changed (Processing in Progress) and my money has not been reimbursed. My main complaint is the total lack of response or an update. At the moment I don't know if I am getting my money back let alone when.
Update 11/1/24: They have now proceeded to ship the package 8 days after my notice to cancel the order. This is completely unacceptable.
I sent a total of thee emails and three online messages and called several times but no-one communicated back.
