I ordered a gun for my grandson and it wasn't what we thought. It is hard to load the little bullets into the casings, we didn't know we would have to do this. Then loading magazine is difficult. Shel... Leggi di più

they never shipped the product
They never shipped the product but claim they did. We did get a similar gun from Amazon but it’s not what we ordered. They won’t respond to me any longer. I’m getting a lawyer involved.

AWESOME!!! This is nerf on steroids...lol
So realistic and better quality than the other ones you'd buy at the store, especially for educational purposes not to mention safety also they look really cool

Your support truly means a lot to us. Thanks again!
Made Cheap - Not recommended
Main gun is cheaply made and none of the assembly instructions are in English. The side arm that was included was even worse. It's not even semi-automatic and it shoots very tiny foam bullets that will be lost quickly. Stear clear of this product. I should've returned it for a refund.

Sent the wrong pistol
Sent the wrong pistol. Cheap plastic. Extra plastic “gunk” near the mag release button. I contacted them and sent 2 pictures, showing both problems. They wanted a video to prove it malfunctions. Sent a video and I’ve heard nothing since. Sooooo glad I only bought one item.

Not as advertised
The pistol i received has have the slide manually pulled for each shot and looks incredibly cheap. The rifle is ok but when opting for the the extra amount and gadgets there should be a second magazine and the gadgets should actually function and not look like misaligned pieces of plastic junk.

My son's request for his birthday
My son asked for a pair of the guns for his birthday so he and his dad can have "nerf wars." We got the shipment fairly quickly, and it was neatly packaged. My husband checked out the guns as did my son. My son was so excited and my husband was impressed. So far so good for us! I wish I would have ordered the extra bullets to go with them along with the targets.

This company will ship a partial…
This company will ship a partial package when you place an order, and then they simply don't respond when you tell them about the parts that are missing. By shipping you something (with proof of shipment), they are able to win the chargeback dispute with your CC company (when you ultimately complain that they didn't deliver on the full product you ordered). They are thieves.
