Do not order from this company, they don’t deliver the goods! Placed an order over three weeks ago, still no dispatch date or tracking number. When I emailed for an update they blamed it on COVID, I asked for a refund as they hadn’t dispatched my goods and was told they’d charge 10% cancellation fee! Shocking customer service too, complete scam!

If I could give zero stars I would.
This is a scammer site - offering nice looking clothing at not cheap prices. What arrives resembles nothing like the photos - the fabric is cheap polyester not 95% cotton as they describe, The clothing has no care label on for washing instructions, country of origin or the fabric composition.

Their website clearly states that returns are accepted if you are not satisfied. 10 emails to them and I have still been unable to get a return address from them or a refund, so I am £75 out of pocket with 3 nasty tops that I will never wear. Their customer service is terrible - they have not answered my questions or addressed the problem.

They should be closed down for breaching trading standards and consumer rights.

Please avoid purchasing from them as you will just be wasting your money. If you have purchased and are not happy, please report them to Trading Standards as I have done.

There is no way to return an item, unless you have 'approval' from their customer service team to get the return address and a refund. Clothing looks NOTHING like the photos on their website, instead some cheap tat from China turns up. Obvious rip-offs, avoid. I will be pursuing a refund via Paypal as that appears to be the only avenue! Obvious FAKE reviews on their site too!

Do not buy from Breyya or any of the other company names they use. The clothes are terrible, cheap polyester with garish colours and nothing like what you see on their website. They do not let you return anything either, no matter what the website says.

Do not buy from this company. Cheap, poor quality product that is NOT as advertised. They do not refund, as per their claims! They do not accept the returns, but the product comes back to you. Even after you’ve paid for the return. The return address is fake. STAY CLEAR!

Do not order from them! They are not taking returns. Very strange and I am not sure they are a proper company.

DO NOT ORDER from them. Awful company. Legally they have to accept returns in the UK within a certain period of time (14-28 days) in the UK under the Distance Selling act. They however responded and then
I didnt like the items ordered due to fit etc and when I emailed them they said returns weren't allowed unless the items are faulty and u send photos... they now ignore any email. The UK telephone number is not working.

Instagram however still allow them to sell which is bad. Definitely researching any companies before I buy going forward.

Please do not give them your money, Breyya are not real they are a scam and you will never get your items or your money back, they just lie to you and then eventually ignore and finally block you. The phone and address they have given on the website are fake they are in China. This is a massive scam, please avoid at all costs you will lose your hard earned money. I’m so angry.

I have not received my order its been almost a month and chasing this has been impossible. Im not happy with the overall experience and i have paid for goods that i have not received

Unfortunately a scam business. Uses photos of items that are not the product then creates very low quality copies of them. They also refuse to accept any returns. Do not buy from them.

Ordered 3 blouses/tees. I paid €90 incl €15 delivery ( not free mail on orders $79 as advertised ). All's I can say what arrived did not match the pictures on Instagram - Low quality, no material content/labels on them, no washing instrructions etc.
