WORTHLESS SYSTEM. Don't waste your time and definitely not your money

Breezy is this one tool in my work life that manages to upset me every time I use it. And we have an ERP system that is really crappy.
Basic functionality does not work. Filtering seems very difficult for them. Want to filter by "Assignee" => NOT WORKING. Since today I have a bug where the Status of a candidate is different in the filter list, than in reality. If I traverse through candidates and change their status - which might influence the filtered list - the list breaks. So basically breezy is not capable to handle a really simple grid in their web app...

Very difficult for a new recruiter to setup and get working. No account manager to help. Wasted most of a 14 day trial so far and have yet to get the first ad posted. Very, very frustrated and disappointed.

We posted six open positions and after a full week, we received zero resumes. Customer service was unhelpful — first they told us to wait for Indeed integration, then later blamed our job descriptions and said our company “is not famous.” When I requested to cancel the subscription, they only issued a partial refund. I will never use BreezyHR again. All HR professionals should be aware — this service wastes your time and money.

I waited 10 days for Breezy HR to activate my account and post my job to job sites. They were completely unresponsive during this time. In that period, I could have hired multiple candidates using another platform. I’m closing my account and switching to Workable. Would not recommend.

Awful customer service. And really terrible onboarding.

The way they interrogated our company like we’re would-be criminals, just so we could be allowed to post a job, was particularly concerning.

Maybe all HR Tools are really bad. We are a software company and if we would deliver this quality of an app, we would be out of business faster than you have to go to the toilet after a bad taco Tuesday.
We have complained about BASIC features failing constantly for month or rather years now and NOTHING HAPPENS.
Want to use the "next candidate feature" in your filtered list? NO, get some randomly sorted and skipped over shit.
You want to see who is assigned to you specifically? NO! You simply cannot use the drop down choosing the names, because it is blank.
You want to see your filter results? MAYBE. Around 20% of the time, it does not load any candidates.
And all of this (and many more) paired with the performance of my first ever written piece of code and the UI made in the 2000s.
So if you evaluate HR tools - definitely look further!

Just terrible service. The support team simply said that I couldn't use the service. When I asked why, they said they couldn't disclose it, and then they just blocked me.

We are a small business looking for an ATS to assist in the hiring process. Breezy HR looked great, and tested well. We were almost done with our trial and attempting to verify our account when Tyler in customer service informed us that they had disabled our account and there was nothing we could do about it and no explanation. We didn't have a chance to export any of our data and were in the middle of a hiring process. Just a very confusing and odd experience overall. Maybe we are too small of a business? Not sure.

Terrible customer service and they wont help you.. They just deny you getting approved for there service with no reason behind it and then delete your account. Nobody to talk to and honestly a terrible experience

Their web app stopped displaying .docx resumes/CVs so we requested help from their Support team. Their Support team declined to help as they could see the resumes/CVs on their end. Yes, really. Very poor and will be seeking an alternative come renewal.

No customization , reports are not sorted and precise

Breezy has made my job as a recruiter much easier.

I know that whatever the question or issue that the Breezy Customer Service team will respond quickly, take care of the issue, and circle back to make sure that I am satisfied with the answer/solution. And they communicate with warmth and care. Couldn't ask for more.

Great App, love it.

Very nice! Just a bit sluggish or slower page loading makes me very uncomfortable using the service quite frequently.

Customer service doesnt always respond to the questions. I was advised incorrectly about how too ensure candidate source was noted on an application and was advised Breezy didnt capture this. I had to then pull the system from our website.

Very versatile, can approach the pipeline many ways. Ease of applying for candidates or sourcing by internal staffs. Visualization and Report creation are very good. There is more than what is expected. However, also there is always room for improvements. Like setting up interview calendar when we move someone into that stage, and by linking it to official Google Calendar to keep the slot blocked. Keep the A-Z maintained within BreezyHR itself.
