Na meerdere ademsessies zelf te hebben ondergaan, was het voor mij duidelijk. Ik wil breathworkcoach worden en dit werk integreren met onze plantmedicijn retreats. But, where to start?! Na lang zoeken en veel te hebben vergeleken, kwam ik bij Kasper uit. En wow, die keus bleek spot on! De wetenschappelijke invalshoek van deze Masterclass, die bijna overal onderbelicht is, is naar mijn mening onmisbaar in dit vakgebied. De diepte van deze opleiding samen met de luchtige en humoristische wijze waarop Kasper zijn kennis overbrengt, maakt deze Masterclass een breathtaking ervaring. Om meerdere dagen met dit team en mededeelnemers door te brengen voelt alsof je onderdeel bent van een nieuw soort tribe. Een tribe met mensen die op hun eigen manier de wereld een stukje mooier willen maken. De passie waarmee Kasper deze dagen en sessies begeleid is aanstekelijk en is hij in mijn ogen niets minder dan een modern day shaman.

Kaspers teachings are super complete with a lot of scientific fundamentals and a spectrum of spirituality as well. I love that Kasper teaches from source; you will learn everything you need to tailor make protocols for yourself and the people you want to guide.

Een van de eerste voor mij complete ervaring omtrent ademwerk: veel nieuwe inzichten en ervaringen,makkelijk toepasbaar voor mezelf en cliënten. Kasper en team bieden een veilge bedding, creëren een groep, laten je hele lichaam spreken, geven wetenschappelijk onderbouwde uitleg in mensentaal, lieten mij zelf bepalen tot hoe ver ik meeging in op en ontladen van energie en emoties. En dit alles in een mooi groen kader met voortreffelijk verzorgde keuken. Ik kijk al uit naar level 3!

Zowel level 1 als 2 hebben een schat aan kennis, mastery en wijsheid opgeleverd. In het kader van “we doen maar wat” heb ik een eigen manier eigen gemaakt die mij enorm veel mogelijkheden geeft om hier anderen mee te helpen en uiteraard mezelf ook!😘

Die Breathwork masterclasses (Lvl. 2/Lvl. 3) bereichern mich nach wie vor privat und beruflich ! Ich habe so viel mehr Verständnis dafür bekommen wie unser menschlich Nervensystem funktionieren kann. “Understand and explain any breathing technique out there” it said, and that is what I went for. And yes, we got that too, but we got so much more. Kasper and his team made us all feel so safe and seen that we did not just gain some extra knowledge, but discovered parts in ourselves that we didn’t even know that existed. The best Breathwork course I've completed and I've done quite a few. Kasper is not just an incredible teacher but his vision for these Masterclasses are next level. Wow. Wat een ervaring. Na level 1 en 2 nu ook level 3 mogen voltooien. Kasper & team zijn zeer begaan om de beste kwaliteit te waarborgen. Ze slagen er in om een perfecte mix van specifieke kennis en kunde, praktijk, netwerk en beleving op een heel bijzondere manier te laten samenkomen.

Kasper knows how to lead group processes, can explain matter clearly and also tell a lot around it with good jokes. A combination of scientific theory, profound processes in breathing sessions, practicing together and all this with a lot of peace and attention. You are well prepared for working as a breath coach. The accommodation is also super arranged with delicious food and super caring people.
