First flag should be there are no reviews on their website. I ordered for Xmas and the order never arrived. I’m more than one month out and still no order. I have tried to contact customer service demanding a refund and they are useless. They offered me a 10% credit for my next purchase. What a joke of a company. My daughter wanted this as her Santa gift, only reason I ordered. Now I’m out the money and a sad girl
Xmas morning. Avoid this company at all costs. Look for a knockoff on Amazon.

Zero start. Wish I had researched before wasting my money. Placed order still has not arrived. Prob a piece of crap from China. Tracking says china been 2 weeks still nothing. Had to reorder the Fischer price one. At this point most likely I got scammed from this company. Be warned. Also the never respond to emails no phone number to call

This is a scam company with a scam website. They claim to be a UK company but are based in China. They use a UK email address, until you buy from them then you receive an international tracking number. When the goods are not as described, its not the UK that you return your order to for a refund, nope its China. They charge UK prices for a knockoff from China. Please DO NOT BUY from these clowns. This company says it is UK based but has no UK address for the return of faulty goods, having insisted I return the poor-quality 'soothing koala' to an address in China that they have supplied.
The 'soothing koala' arrived too late for Christmas, even though I'd paid extra for same-day shipment; it was torn inside where the battery pack should fit and actually it doesn't fit at all; the controls are only reached by opening up the back of the koala; the 'breathing' section isn't working properly. It came with no instructions, just in a plastic wrapper.
I've had a number of emails from this company as I've tried to get their UK address and I think this must be a "scam site" - it is NOT the site breathingotter.co.uk but is breathingotters.co.uk (ie otters plural). It's the first site you find via google and is definitely not recommended. I have paid £28.99 for something that is useless. No point paying a lot to return it to China. I have no confidence I would be reimbursed.

Total Scam. My wife saw the ad on instagram. I ordered directly off their website. a few weeks later, we got an otter. it did not have any padding in the box, just the otter in a plastic bag. it was broken. the customer service rep said we had to send a video of the otter malfunctioning which we did. we asked for another one. it was shipped to an address in California. We live on the east coast. chased them for weeks for a replacement. now asked for a refund. rather than give the refund, they provide the tracking numbers (delivered from china) from the original purchase two months ago and insist it was the second replacement delivered recently. they claim to be a small family business from Wyoming and the CSR is Hannah. they are from China, not the US.

Rip off company don't buy from them cheap quality goods.

LIARS!!! This website claims they are in the US .. it came from China. Also, the website claims that you have different options for the lights, sounds & breathing. LIE! There is only ONE option... light, music & breathing together. I emailed the company & they told me to send it back. I told them I want a return label as their product is wrong & not like the website described. They said NO .. we aren't paying for your return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Go to Amazon & purchase the REAL "Fisher Price" Otter. (FYI - I have done an official complaint w/ the BBB to get my money back)
