Very interactive customer service

I have had some downtime with this server, which is common with shared hosting, but the pride in offering quality and friendly customer care service. No bot chats, No AI. You feel the value for your money because you will have a very interactive customers care personnel handling your matter.

My Website Designer Deleted my Website

I had an issue with my website designer. They used their login details to the C-Panel and when we had a dispute, and by agreement, the designer deleted the website. I thought I could not get the C-Panel back in my control but I called the customer support number on their website to see if there was anything I could do. The gentleman, who I believe is the owner, helped me so well that I now understand websites much better than I did before my altercation with the designer. I did not get back the deleted website but I did get the C-Panel back. I would definitely recommend the company for hosting services especially if you know nothing about hostings.
