Brilliant, well engineered swing. We bought a double frame with frammock and skeleton seats. Everything is so well thought out, but you do need to follow the instructions carefully and expect to spend a couple of hours. I don’t write many reviews but I am genuinely over the moon with this swing and have confidence that it will give years of good service. The frammock is a bit fiddly to fix the net, so my tip would be to do what you can first time around and come back later to tighten the string and progress it further around the frame.

Brilliantly sturdy swings. My kids are older now and I thought our old wooden swings had had their day.

Wasn’t really sure if they might think they were too old for a swing but, given that I’m 50, and still like them, figured I’d replace them.

Really glad I went with Brave. The website is accurate, the delivery impeccable, the videos helpful and the customer service fantastic.

The kids are now playing outside, hanging out, chatting. They obviously still do all the screen time stuff too but it’s nice to see them out in the garden a bit more as well.

This swing is a beautiful piece of engineering - design that manages to combine sturdiness and elegance. I love the soaring solidity of the double frame and the silent movement of the two different swings. Customer service was helpful, responsive and prompt - really worth contacting them if you have queries, as we did, about how to make the bolts fit! They are clearly passionate about their product, and this shines through in the swing itself. Real quality.

Simply excellent products
I have found the quality of these products excellent, and the descriptions very accurate. The frame is solid, and after watching the youtube video, very straight forward to put together between two people. I concreted the feet into the ground this weekend and the whole thing feels super sturdy and I'm confident will last the kids years to come.

The product was delivered within 24 hours of placing the order. The assembly was straightforward considering the size and complexity of the products. Everything is very solid and high quality. The fact that the frame is designed to be climbed all over means that it should have great longevity for our kids (7 & 9).

I bought a swing frame in April 2020 - delivery time was excellent for the start of the pandemic, and the swing frame itself has now survived moving house and being put up again.

The brackets have hexagonal holes for the nuts meaning only 1 tool has to be used - I recently assembled this on my own when I moved (with a bit of help getting it upright after).

The information provided by bravetoys on load capacity and testing was very reassuring when purchasing.

Bought the frame to go with a nest swing I had and I have to say although I failed to put the frame up by myself once it was up and the swing attached it not only looks fab but I spend as much time relaxing on it as my son ! I chill on it every day even if it’s just for 15 minutes. Absolutely solid frame with no creaking whatsoever. If you’re thinking of buying this frame - do it!

I'm very happy with the purchase and instructions to fit it. I've had a week so far to use it and I appreciate being able to practice my hobby outdoors. It's galvanised and because of how big it is, I appreciate being able to leave it outside for the summer. Thank you, I was sceptical at first because no other aerialist had reviewed your product but I'm happy I went with my gut on it. Thank you.

I paid via PayPal and it took a while for the order to be confirmed, I wished the website was a little more detailed, with a listed item of what the order entailed, without that I was concerned about whether it could be actually suited to arieal practice. But like I said , it was my first time buying a rig so that was why i was very picky.

It arrived pretty quickly, instructions were clear and the product was easy to assemble.

All in all a great buy, thank you guys.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Anthony at Brave Toys gave me a call to talk through various liabilities for installing their equipment in a shared playpark - shared by the residents of 10 houses. His advice was superb, and very thorough. I have massive confidence in Brave Toys because of this call - and we hope to purchase equipment very soon. This is exactly how companies should operate - with a superb level of customer service. A rare an dwindling quality these days. Well done Brave Toys.

Brave have not signed up to Trustpilot, here's why:

We looked at our competitors reviews and noticed that they are skewed hopelessly toward the delivery process - the one thing the company cannot control!

Our product is built to last a childhood, reviews last forever and tend to focus on the few days between purchase and completion.

So imagine my surprise when a potential customer called concerned about delivery due to negative reviews here.

Currently 100% of our poor reviews concern delivery in August 2020.

Remember 2020? Lockdown, COVID & the articles about puppies, BBQ's and hot tub sales.

We too had a surge in demand and ran out of key stock in August. When it arrived in September we were hectic playing catch-up (while social distancing).

We communicated with patient customers a lot, obviously - of course we did.

Did we fail to satisfy every customer's requirements? Yes (see below). Those failures will remain here forever, while our reviewers will have forgotten all about them as their children grow up playing happily on their excellent swings.

In fact we usually ship next day.
Then it's out of our hands for 2 or 3 working days.
Then we are here to help.
(We work 9-5 & also have weekends off.)

Great looking web site then really bad customer service. Very delayed delivery to what was promised when we ordered and they didn't respond to multiple emails over weeks so couldn't arrange an alternative. Missed the summer as it was so late. Apologised but no offer of compensation or even special delivery to get it to us before the final bank holiday. Very disappointing from a company that looked so appealing on the site.

Ordered a swing set a month ago delivered within a week but one of the A- frame bar was corroded and the swing net was out of stock (although at the time of ordering the stock was available)! Brave toys has replaced the corroded bar but still waiting for the net! Overall, not a pleasant experience.

We had been looking for a replacement swing for our disabled daughter as she had outgrown the existing one we had, the swings we had looked at previously would not support her growing weight and we eventually stumbled across the brave toys website, the swings ticked all the boxes for us and we loved the fact you design the swing to your individual needs and requirements. Ordering was simple to complete and delivery was quick, installing the swing is not difficult to do but I would advise watching the videos as these make it so much easier to build and assemble correctly. We found that a part was faulty but we contacted them and a replacement part was swifty dispatched to us which is all you could ask for. Once the swing was assembled it looks amazing especially with the red fixtures that we opted for, we chose a swing and nest option which has been a real hit with our daughter. Extremely strong swing which has been bulit to last plus it looks amazing in the garden as well👍

Just to say thank you very much for the rapid delivery of our triple swing-frame, swings, cliffhanger, scrambler etc. I was very impressed with how your customer services telephone line person managed to add a further item that I had mistakenly not ordered (although I should add that my email query did not get answered). Very satisfied with the product so far-I will try to send you a photo of my vhappy 8yr old boy in particular... thanks again.
