Great service and communication. Really good quality products at reasonable prices and they are lovely. Fast delivery and often have offers. Only thing I would like to see more of is each product in all finishes.

I had a couple of issues with a delivery . Customer care is excellent , prompt email reply and issues sorted out immediately with an apology . I would definitely order again

My mom saw the bee door knocker last year in the UK (we’re from South Africa) and fell in love. She took a pic & sent it to our family group chat. Here I am in the UK, 1 year later - I saw the knocker by chance & asked where they got it from. They said Brass Bees. I’m so excited to give it to her for Xmas.

I ordered the Black Vintage Industrial Style Solid Iron Shelf Brackets - they are beautifully made and are quite heavy. We’re installing them in our ensuite bathroom with a quartz shelf it will look stunning !

I ordered a set of door handles to replace broken antique ones. They are beautiful extremely well made and very in keeping with the original handles. Would definitely buy from this company again.

I'd buy numbers again, but these are so sturdy I can't imagine ever having to! There was a mishap in shipping, and Brass Bee was responsive, mailing us the item again the next day. The house numbers are really robust and beautiful. We've had several compliments on the numbers from neighbors walking by

Had the right product (I was looking for aged brass coat hooks that weren’t too tall - they had ones 8/9cm tall which were perfect). Also, had used Brass Bee for knobs & so matched. Service is always super speedy. All round excellent company to deal with - and you’re dealing with real people. Makes all the difference.
