Lovely door number
Just moved into my new home and was looking for a quality house number for my composite front door.
Did a bit of research and came across Brass Bee. They had a fantastic range of products and customers reviews convinced me to purchase from them.
I am really pleased with my purchase and delivery was super quick. The door number is far superior to anything you can purchase in your usual High street DIY store and made with a high quality finish. It is also a good size so stands out from other numbers on the street and has and individual character to it.
I also liked the fact that company are going to plant a tree following my purchase.
Would recommend Brass bee and will definitely purchase products from them in the future.

Extremely poor product quality that only looks “premium”. Deeply disappointing
I purchased several Brass Bee switches and sockets from their retail partner, because the designs looked premium. Unfortunately, the quality behind them was anything but.
Across multiple installations, the electricians (2 different companies) who handled the work independently made the same point: they often run into issues with Brass Bee fittings due to cheap internal components and weak construction. That matched exactly what we experienced. The switches felt loose, wiring connections didn’t hold well, and several units caused intermittent faults.
The biggest frustration was compatibility. Brass Bee’s switches did not work with standard LED drivers that every other brand we tried handled with no issue. We ended up removing them entirely and buying a different brand just to get stable lighting.
Their high-priced USB-C / power outlet units also failed almost immediately, one of them stopped working within a week.
Customer service was the final disappointment. Despite the faults happening on several units, there was no willingness to replace or support. Responses were slow, unhelpful, and ultimately dismissive.
For products priced at a premium, you expect reliability, decent engineering, and a company that stands behind what it sells. Brass Bee provided none of that. Based on repeated failures and the consistent feedback from professional electricians, I would not trust these products in my home again.

We are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further, as this is not reflective of the feedback we typically receive. As can be seen from our reviews, we regularly receive positive comments from qualified electricians regarding the quality, construction, and reliability of our products, and we have not previously received complaints of this nature.
Regarding the LED compatibility: based on our records, your order was placed in June. At that time, we were only supplying 1-way dimmer configurations, which may explain the issues experienced if the installation required 2-way switching. Since then, we have upgraded our dimmer range, which is now fully compatible with 2-way systems and LED lighting in the 0–200W range.
In relation to the USB-C / power outlet, we price our products competitively and, in many cases, below comparable premium alternatives on the market. While faults can occasionally occur with any electrical product, our understanding is that this issue was raised with the retailer you purchased from, and a replacement unit was dispatched the same working day.
With regard to customer service, we would like to clarify that we were not contacted directly at any point, nor given the opportunity to address these concerns. As the products were purchased through a third-party retailer, all communication was handled via them rather than Brass Bee directly. Additionally, the first time any concerns were raised was in October, approximately four months after the original purchase, which was outside the standard 28-day return window.
We stand behind our products and are always willing to assist when issues are brought to our attention. Should you wish to discuss this further, we would be more than happy to do so and work towards a resolution.
Brass Bee double-sided keyring
The double-sided keyring was precisely as described, possessing lovely quality and exquisite craftsmanship. I would wholeheartedly recommend it and will certainly be anticipating future offers to acquire other items that have caught my attention.

Beautiful Boot Rack
Fast shipping in the US. Great sturdy product. I only wish there was a little more spacing between each bee. It's a bit of tight fight for 6 pairs of boots.
