Real Humans still exist and they sell beautiful hardware!
Renovating a house is 10% planning and 90% panic-buying hardware at midnight. I was deep in the latter when I used Brass Bee’s chat. Expecting a useless bot, I instead got a real person who answered everything instantly.
Then, in a Friday-night-before-a-bank-holiday haze, I forgot an item in my order. I messaged them expecting to be ignored until Tuesday, and chalked it up to my mistake. The staff at Brass Bee swooped in and fixed my mistake restoring my faith in humanity. Their level of attentiveness is genuinely amazing.
The light switch, back box, and handles arrived quickly and the quality is stunning exactly what I needed to add the finishing touches to my room. I’m officially a loyal customer for the rest of the house renovation.

Add a a bit of Quirky to your home
I have bought 3 pieces to add a touch of character to my little cottage- a bee door knocker, which I have had so many comments, then we renovated the kitchen an whilst we had a bog standard flat pack it needed a little ‘something’ so came back to Brass Bee and purchased some bee cabinet knobs and flower brass shelf brackets which have added character and individuality-love them !

Bathroom accesories
The minute I saw 4 products for my new bathroom I had to buy them. When I received them the quality and workmanship was outstanding. Even my builder liked the toilet roll holder, soap holder, 2 towel rails - one round the other straight.
I would definitely recommend this company and their products. Items were delivered on time.

I am a bit of a bee fan
I am a bit of a bee fan, I have a few bee door knockers, door numbers with bee hardware, I came back for bee hooks, I am transforming my front porch which leads into the garden from a non utilised space into an extension of the garden, the hooks will go on the wall so I can hang bunches of lavender, herbs, and then I will be back for the boot and shor rack.
Always a fast reliable service.
They let you know when your order is dispatched.
Packaged and presented well, always with fittings and screws too. They think of everything.

I was looking for unique stair rods and when I found this seller's website, I knew their inventory was perfect for my needs.

Ordered plain floating door numbers with brass finish which were delivered without delay. Unfortunately one of the items was incorrect (engraved heritage brass finish). This was resolved swiftly and the correct item was sent out the following day. Communication received from brass bee was effective and swift which I appreciated. Great service!
