The hood is solidly built and performs well. It runs quiet and pulls fume out well in comparison to those expansive ones. The 6" foil flex ducting provided with the hood is not necessary. A rigid pipe is preferred for lower friction loss.

Love the unit so far. Still not installed since we are in process of building hood range chimney. But did a bench test and love the features. Also love the fact no wifi! The smarts are all built-in. Very very smart of you to do that. Unfortunately I ordered black and got stainless steel. But this is OK. I have since changed my mind. But you may want to fix the bug in your website ordering. Some future customer may become very upset.

The delivery is pretty fast. Item safely packed no damage. The installation is not smooth mainly due to the template it comes with is paper template. It would be much better if its cupboard one. It took my installation guy a while to drill holes correctly. Also the range hood is heavy and need two guys to install. The build is good and it works well. Would recommend it to other buyers.

I am very pleased with my new BRANO exhaust fan hood. I love all the features… Saying Andi, hands gesture, and lights that are dimmable!
With a couple of questions I have had, customer service answered immediately and are very helpful. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Great product & fast delivery..

Shipping is delayed without reason from Fedex, I have not recieved the product yet. If the ductsystem at top and back of Range Hood, Brano Home will be more better competative with other brands.

Shame on the company that made the overhead to my stove and shame on the company that sells it they could not direct me to the right place to buy the LED replacement lights that I needed. Thank you.

I reached out multiple times to customer support—both through their website and direct email—asking for status updates and got no response. With our builder needing direction, we had no choice but to go another route. I sent a cancellation request on February 19th, and then the order still showed up almost a month later on March 17th.
Really frustrating experience overall—lack of communication made what should’ve been simple way more complicated than it needed to be.

The fan itself is great!!. It’s the service and support after the sale that SUCKS and unacceptable. Still waiting on a 9” extension exhaust cover almost 2 months now.

no good costumer service no good product

The stainless felt more substantial than I anticipated, which helps the longevity given that small dings will be exaggerated in the reflection. Better suction compared with the previous over stove microwave I replaced. Rounded corners are also gracefully incorporated. I added additional screws to fortify the install, including into the rear bracket. Great value, would recommend.

The product itself is nice, unfortunately it didn't work for me and I've been trying to return it for 2 weeks with no response from customer service!
