Placed an order, failed to deliver, treated like I didn't matter to them 1 iota.
If I could have given 0 stars, I would have definitely done so. Placed an order to hire some equipment, I had payed the balance immediately and received the confirmation for my order with amount paid and delivery date. On the date is was due to be delivered, I had to phone approximately 2:30/3pm on that friday to get a delivery time and was told it was not going to be delivered. No reason was given and no apology. All I was offered was a 2nd delivery date which I made for the following Fri. Although I did cancel this 2nd date as I wasn't sure if it would be even be delivered on that date. It wouldn't have been a problem apart from I had to still pay the labourers for the next day which left me out of pocket by almost £300. I did decide to give the hire to a competitor and had no problems with them whatsoever. Will not use again. *Edit for reply* you're reply is probably more of an insult that the 'service' that I received. I DID NOT have a change in the delivery date, I wanted this equipment for the stated day and it was ME that asked for a different date, your colleague on the phone was just sat in silence and it was on me to bring up an alternative, disgusting behaviour and the fact you sent a blatant copy and paste answer to my review speaks volumes. Nothing will be learnt from my god awful experience with your company and I fully expect you to carry on as you were, way to treat a now ex-customer (I was going to maybe give you a 2nd chance) Will never use you again and I will now be encouraging anyone I know not to use you either. Utterly useless. Do not reply and waste yet more of my time if all you have to say is the same old copy and paste yet again, good riddance.
