Overall experience was very poor
Overall experience was very poor. Booked equipment online, but next day received a call to say they didn't have it. Offered an alternative which was less than ideal, but they did offer a £50 discount. Equipment arrived on time, but then they failed to collect on the correct date. I ended up having to ring to arrange collection. (1 week later). When I checked if the £50 discount had been refunded, I could see it hadn't. Had to ring for a 3rd time to get the money refunded.
