Great service. Staff friendly and very helpful . We have hired from Brandon Hire before digger etc. and would definitely recommend them. Equipment great and did the job we wanted. Kenny was especially helpful.

The team at the Dundee Branch are so helpful. Kenny and the lady manager are very professional and welcoming. Went out of their way to turn round a tool hire in quick time that had just came back. I was let down twice from another tool hire company and they clearly wanted to help me. Thank you Kenny.

Dirty, non-functional
We hired a carpet cleaner twice. On both occasions it was very dirty and had to be cleaned before use. The second time, the spray mechanism in the carpet head was clogged and we had to clean the entire flat using the upholstery head. We were promised a refund but did not receive any. We are sorry to give this poor rating because the personnel at the hire station has been pleasant to deal with.

Hired a Router and guide
Hired a Router and guide, the router had no plate on so I couldn't use it, they were aware of this and said they would try to get another but as it was a 1 day hire this didn't happen, I am still waiting for my refund a month later.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, could not recommend more highly! Hired floor and wooden edge sander for a few days. Equipment was fantastic but the service was even better. Will use again & recommend to friends/family. Julie served us and was extremely helpful, accommodating an extension to our hire & helping to load items to our car etc. Lovely service & very helpful & cheerful. Excellent value.

Tools hired but they didnt work!! untested
ordered the needle gun for the job, turns out it wasn't working, it had been brought in from another branch and not tested. Returned it to the depot and waited as the mechanic was away out for fuel. 1 hour later was told it would take a little more time for it to be fixed. Later that day it was delivered to my site, tried it before the driver left and it worked for about 10 sec>>> not impressed took ages to get my refund even then only after i contacted your accounts was it actioned that day but took a few days later...

Upon collection I was told to take additional sand paper and was promised a refund on sand paper and dust bags not used. Was this promised honored? Was it heck! Won't be using again.
