I have only used Brandon twice so far…
I have only used Brandon twice so far but the staff at Brandon Hire in Stanway/ Colchester have been very pleasant and helpful both times, in the shop and on the phone. I feel like this is a place I will use when I need to hire again and hopefully get a nice rapport with the guys there.
I have also been pleased with the hire rates, which I can pass on to my customers which helps to keep them coming back.
Good work guys, next time I’m in I will get your names.

Not great
Not great. The pressure washer leaked oil all over my drive, so my drive was in a worse state than when I started. And £150 down. Might as well have stuck with my karcher washer

I booked online to hire and industrial hoover and on arrival was told that they didn't actually have any. Frustrating as we had booked just before the weekend and there was no where else to rent from due to the timing of us discovering this,

Hired a set of 10m ladders to complete…
Hired a set of 10m ladders to complete a project I'm working on. Specified to be delivered before midday. No ladders arrived and upon phoning was informed they wouldn't be delivered until the afternoon which is no good for me as it's forecast heavy rain and I wouldn't have enough time to complete the job. Bad skills by this company.
