was kept informed with regards delivery - item arrived - well packaged - we had an extra tray within our packaging - company quickly rectified this (same day!) - the shower tray has still to be fitted so cannot comment on usage as yet

Great Service
After months of searching for a particular item that was not stocked in UK, brandnewbathrooms appeared in my feed, and had the item listed.
Although a new business, their comms and delivery time exceeded their own estimates.
They clearly stock quality items, and seem more likely to over-deliver on service, rather than over-promise on commitments. Refreshing.

The salesman, Paul, who I dealt with was outstanding. The level of customer service he offered from start to finish was exceptional. He was so willing to help every step of the way, from the moment I made contact about a radiator right through until after the purchase and he was still offering excellent after sales service. It's a shame there are not more people like Paul when purchasing products online. I would highly recommend this company.
