Has anyone else had issues with Brandelity products not being delivered? Our first delivery date was last Friday and the second was today for a high profile 2-day event and all they can tell us is that our branded cups are 'lost' and there doesn't seem to be anything they can do. They don't even seem to that bothered. Incredibly embarrassing for us.Update: Cups have arrived at the event - on the afternoon of the opening day of the show, better late than never I guess. The first delivery (to a separate address) has not arrived at all. Thank you to Laura at Brandelity for responding so quickly to this review.
