Sarita was wonderful from start to finish. I initially found the process of house-buying quite daunting, but Sarita put me at ease, answering all my questions in a professional but friendly and approachable manner, and is always super responsive – which makes a difference when all you need is a quick reassurance on a question that might be bothering you.

The application type for my case was Adult Defendant Relative Appeal. When we first applied for my handicapped adult dependent relative to be brought to the UK, we wanted to try our best but we initially had little hope for the case. I have been supported by Mrs Alam Saika since last May when my ex husband abdicated my children. Mrs Alam has been nothing but excellent in her support, advice and efficiency.
