I buy from this store 15 orders. its all right. But in march 2020 hong kong post stopped send to russia. Two years i cant buy from he. He do not want to use other courier services.

Over the last couple of years, I've regularly used Brainwavz Earpads to take the place of stock pads on new headphones. Especially good, I've found the XL fenestrated sheepskin pads, not hot and sticky, and comfortable along with improving the sound quality. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Brainwavz whole heartedly.

Communication excellent on progress of order. Actually surprised when the pads turned up so quickly.
This is the second headphones I've update with Brainwavz pads. Both given a new lease of life and comfortable.

Great products at Brainwavz, my XL pads (got the P.U. Leather ones) are great on my beyerdynamics - softt, bigg, comfyy and sound improving for sure.

also really enjoying my new HM5's - it's a good, competent and very comfy headphone with a nice detailed punchy bass. no muddyness here!
not a huge bass head but hey, they serve a purpose.

they have alot of discounts and i do intend to stock up on pads as my can collection expands.

My order was lost in shipping. BRAINWAVZ Audio refused to do anything about it. So I paid for earpads that I never received.

I got these pads for my M40x headphones, as the pads were halfway peeled already, and it was a bit annoying getting black stuff on my ears. They were delivered in about 5 days, which is really fast for normal international shipping. It was a bit tricky to get the pads on at first as they were a bit tight, but when they loosened up, it was very easy to slip them on. They have improved the soundstage without changing the sound at all, just like advertized, and are suuuper comfy! Overall, very happy with the purchase.

mit Zoll statt 35->50€ gezahlt + Earpads mit Löchern erhalten. Als "Sorry" wurde mit angeboten -5€ einmalig oder neue Earpads (wo aber dann wieder fast 10€ Zoll anfallen)...
Kauf hier auf keinen Fall ein. Es gibt bessere in der EU. Ist nur China Schrott

Can't figure out if this is a well designed scam site or not. Been waiting for my order 2 months. Their tracking is not live so they have no idea where the supposed order is. They don't offer refunds. This seems to be a common theme with this company looking at other reviews.

They say 25 working days of shipment. 50 have passed, they are not able to help me, they don't refound me, they don't ship another pair to me. I losed 22,90€. Never buy from this not serious Chinese vendor! And don't trust when they say that this period there are problems with shipment. I order from Aliexpress a lot, and the goods coming in 10 days from China. Definetely don't trust.

Purchased "genuine Sheepskin leather" oval earpads for my headphones about 8 months ago, directly from their website. $30 all in. Product arrived reasonably quickly. Initial impressions were good, they were comfortable and improved the audio experience.

About 2 weeks ago, after 8 months of careful use (cleaning with leather cleaner once a month), the 'leather' began to peel off the earpads, just like any other cheap fake leather. Brainwavz claims a one year warranty, but rejected my claim based on 'usage', and then referred me to a website on leather care, which comically described why fake/bonded leather peels- the exact problems I was experiencing.

They're selling a fraudulent product. These earpads are not leather. Extremely disappointed.

It is difficult to believe these are $100 headphones. When you put these on they feel like a serious piece of kit ready to do business. The neutral sound is so clear and fresh you will immediately pick up differences in music you thought you were familiar with. And if you like a touch of EQ the HM5s punch the bass through effortlessly and cleanly, without any boom or muddying and the top end remains crisp and sharp. I run my HM5s through the Fiio M11 Plus and for a set of cans in this price bracket they are unbelievably good!!

I wish I had read some of the reviews before buying. The stuff they sell is imported DIRECTLY from china! That means 29 days of delivery time plus i had to pay customs for 50% of the value o the item! A big NO for me

Was told 'your order is on the way' 13 Sep 2021, still no delivery to Ireland. Have said goodbye to my money. Avoid.

Sendet nicht aus EU wie angegeben, habe knapp €10 Zoll und €6 DHL Einfuhrpauschale zahlen müssen. Da hätt ich mir dann auch originale Ohrpolster holen können. Habe mir für meine Sony MDR-7506 Ersatz Ohrpolster bestellt. 2x Schafleder und 1x Micro Suede. Die Polster Passen, sind allerdings etwas schmaler als die Originalen. Die Verarbeitung ist gut und Sie sitzen auch angenehm am Kopf. Also bei der Qualität könnte man sagen das es gut ist wenn dann das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis stimmen würde. Durch den Zoll und die ominöse Einfuhrpauschele seitens DHL trifft das allerdings nicht zu. Man sollte es sich genau überlegen ob man bei diesem Händler etwas bestellt.

Item supposedly left Hong Kong at start of August and still has not arrived (it's November). Customer service tell me to be patient because of Covid/supply issues but I don't believe it will ever arrive. Have been told that they cannot refund the cost. Wish I'd never ordered from them.

Two months after my order still haven't recieved my order in Europe.

Item not as advertised at all - products are cheap 3d prints of terrible quality. When I asked to return product, I was asked to return item to Honk Kong for inspection first. Postage is of course, the same price as the item. Convenient. Avoid. Do not buy from this business - it's a scam
