Ordered a set of earpads Sunday night, off their website, came Tuesday via Amazon. Can't complain about that and great product too.

I placed an order with Brainwavz over 2 months ago, mistakenly believing they were a legitimate retailer that would dispatch the item to me within a reasonable timeframe, such as 1-3 weeks. I wish I’d read these reviews first!

I’ve written to them to complain about the delay and am told it takes time from Hong Kong. Hong Kong!! Folks, save your money and if you have 2-3 months to spare, just head to AliExpress. Because ultimately this is an Ali-type vendor, with non-Ali pricing, shipping out items on the back of a mule.

Luckily my mistake is only worth $25. But to say that I’m disgusted and disgruntled is an understatement! Avoid Brainwavz Audio like the plague.

UPDATE: 9 weeks after placing my order it has arrived. I’ve adjusted the rating and title to reflect that reality that while the shipping is deceptively and brutally slow, I did receive my order and it was well packaged.

Ordered replacement earpads then read the reviews. I was horrified and immediately thought I'd wasted my money. Non-delivery and fraudsters were common comments. However I was pleasantly surprised. Brainwavz processed my order on receiving it and the product arrived the following day and it was tracked all the way. So, I can't fault the service or the product and I now wonder why so many have had a bad experience.

Cela fait 2 mois que j'ai commandé des coussinets de casques. Ils sont toujours pas arrivé ! Le plus grave c'est que le numéro de suivis indiqué qu'il n'a toujours pas decole de Hong Kong !
Lorsque j'ai commandé de leurs site j'ai crû qu'il s'agissait d'un site Européen. Tout est fait pour vous tromper. Vous êtes avertis

Ordered 3 months ago, no delivery.

Scam company

They lie to get your money saying 3 day delivery and UK Stock.

Then ship your items from China with no explanation.

You're just expected to deal with a month or longer delivery date. Zero communication.

Total fraudsters.

Avoid them like the plauge

J'ai passé commande le 18 janvier 2022 et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande depuis et le service client répond toujours la même chose que des blabla niveau covid

I placed an order on January 18, 2022 and I still have not received my order since and the customer service always answers the same thing that blabla level covid

I ordered a pair of Bose ear plugs. They have been shipped to Switzerland. It never arrived and according to the shipping status it has been sent back. Nobody has ever informed me.
When i asked a few months later the status, Brainwavz asked me to pay again the shipping charges. We do have our own online business. And shipping issues are part of the company's responsibility and not just pushing it to the customer.

Paid 22.16 euro for a pair of headset ear pads, but had to pay over double the price to taxes. The fact that they didnt notified me before buying is very scummy.

Still have not received my order after over 2 months.
No tracking updates for 6 weeks...
No warning before I placed my order.
Cannot comment on the actual material... I just hope to see it in this decade.

Great products and arrived very quickly! Ordered the adhesive headphone holder and a Google nest mini wall mount and they're well made and look decent. Definitely will be buying from here again if I ever need any small shelves or the like.

Terrible service from this company.
I made and order but requested they cancel before shipping the item. They didn't and shipped it anyway then attempted to charge me for the return of £4 delivery fee.
They agreed to refund the whole total of the order but i still had to pay £4.50 to send the item back to them as they said they don't operate a paid return label system.

The fitting on the cup is very loose and the headset tends to travel around because of that. Would be perfect if there was less material, where the cup connects to the headset. Good but no sigar.

Total scam - avoid. Order a part in December and still haven't arrived. They won't return my money and keep pushing it out.
WIll never order from here again.

I bought earpads for my AKG K361. I spent about 20 EUR with taxes and it was the greatest investment I have ever had. These earpads (Headphone Memory Foam Earpads - Oval - Micro Suede) are way better than the stock ones. They are so comfy, you can't even feel that something is on your head, even after 1 month they are still the same as I bought. Brainwavz Audio support team is also great, I asked them to recommend me earpads between two that I thought would be great for me and they answered immediately, they even shared their personal experience. Very nice!
EDIT: Also I read few other reviews and for me (I live in Lithuania EUROPE) the shipment was fast too, about 2 weeks probably. I had 0 issues, even though it was my first experience ordering something from unknown website and from china.

I ordered more than 2 months ago. Nothing - order around 50€. I don't recommend this company - probably a scam, don't trust positive reviews (just my opinion).
I'll update this review if I receive my order one day (and maybe add 1 star...).

Site is well laid out, easy to navigate and informative, and the products hit well above their weight class. Very pleased with all my Brainwavz purchases... highly recommended.

The customer care with my package was amazing and comforting for my anxiety. It was truely a pleasure talking with them

Nothing received after 60 days.
Have had to open a paypal dispute due to non-delivery.

Contacted customer support and of course they hid behind "due to covid" - I have ordered plenty of items from China, and none are taking this long.
