Be careful!
I want to inform future customers about a non-transparent practice regarding shipping on this site. My order was marked as a "gift," even though it wasn’t. As a result, I had to pay unexpected customs fees because the invoice wasn’t correctly handled. This seems like a way to pass additional costs onto the customer, which should have been included in the initial price. Furthermore, the customer service refused to refund these taxes, despite my request. Be cautious when ordering from here, as these extra fees may be added without prior notice, and you may not be reimbursed.

GARBAGE DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Man, f**** these guys.
I've ordered earpads twice. The first one didn't arrive cus they cant find the address so I had to pay to reship it to my address which I clarified, BUT STILL DIDN'T ARRIVE.
The second time, the f****ing earpads didn't get to my address again.
3 failed attempts. Waste of my time and money. F***ing scam.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I ordered three mounts for TP link mesh routers. They never showed up and now refuse to send replacements /package. Told me I had to sort it out with the courier, despite the goods not showing as even dispactehd on their portal. Not good company. Avoid.

BE WARY, CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT HELPFUL.

I ordered a set of earpads for my steeleseries headset. I received the delivery notification so I went to pick up the item. It was nowhere to be found. So I reached out to Canada Post, and the delivery person came to speak with me. They scanned the item twice, and my other mail was in the mailbox. So we came to the conclusion that the package must have been stolen. I contacted Brainwavz audio to see what they could do, and they told me they cannot help me, and to "lodge a complaint with the police."

I reside in Toronto, Ontario, CAN. There is a high theft rate here, so I would expect Canada Post to place packages in a safer spot. But because they didn't, somebody took the package before I got to it.

To summarize, Brainwavz Audio's customer service is not at all helpful in any way. I would suggest you *BE VERY WARY* when purchasing from them, especially if you reside in a high-theft area.

The worst experience shopping online ive ever had

I ordered replacement earpads for the hd660s, i ordered a pricy one seeming i didnt want something that would not fit and last a long time.
It ended up not fitting, impossible customer service and i cant get my money back. I also had to pay extra "hidden" costs seeming they are from hong kong. This company is awful, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Horrible company with even more horrible products.!!

Grand total... €30+ for a set of cushions, same on AliExpress for €2 - €5. Never again! Assumed a EU company, but they reside in China... Assumption...

Too Big for Momentum M2

I ordered a set of hybrid oval memory foam earpads as a replacement for my Sennheiser Momentum M2 originals and the pads that arrived were far too big to fit. Checked with supplier that I had ordered the correct ones which I had and they said in an email to me that "The earpads are a bit big for the headphone cups but are known to provide the best comfort for long hours of use."
Not much use if they don't stay on?
Had to return at my own expense (which from the UK to Hong Kong cost £11) so lost half of the £21 that I spent. Don't waste your time, money or effort with these.

The second time I've ordered, because they're so good!

This is the second time I've ordered replacement pads for headphones. The first ones were so good when my other two pairs of headphones started to show wear I automatically logged onto Brainwavz website!
Once again the quality and ease of fitting were 100% and I've now got three pairs of headphones like new again.
I would rate Brainwavz 10 stars if the site would let me.
Many thanks from a very happy customer.

I wasnt informed about Customs, so 25$ in customs and 25$ for cushions..!

I was never informed regarding this.
Also; i ordered for more than 4 weeks ago. Next problem; customers service dont answer.

I will never recommend this company

Not as bad as expected

Bought some replacement earpads for my Audio Technica earphones. Was worried after reading negative reviews about shipping/unexpected custom charges but it turned out okay- they advertised a 7 day delivery and I got it in two weeks. Australian customers note that they apparently have a warehouse in Australia, so the products aren't shipped from overseas. Actual earpads are pretty good- not as soft as the stock ones but still comfortable and they fit perfectly.

NIE wieder....

Habe einen selbstklebenden Untertisch-Kopfhörerhalter bestellt. Nur mal so probeweise!!!! Bis das Teil bei mir ankam vergingen nicht 3 Tage wie angegeben,..sondern 13 Tage!! Anstatt 11,95€ zu bezahlen hat mich das Ganze 27,99€ gekostet. Zollgebühren,Versandkosten,Zustellkosten etc..
Der Firmensitz ist irgendwo in Hongkong..der Support ist nicht erreichbar. Der Halter ansich erfüllt seinen Zweck für knapp eine Woche,..dann fiel er leider ab...OHNE den Kopfhörer! Da der Klebstoff nur noch mittelmäßige Wirkung zeigte habe ich auf ein erneutes festkleben verzichtet,..und das Teil im Müll entsorgt!

Don't use this website

I was about to order a product and already entered my email address and some more information. I did not submit any information, order something or press OK anywhere. Before ordering I checked the trustpilot reviews, and after that I deleted all my information, and did not proceed with ordering any product and I did not make an account. However I started to receive newsletters. That feels very unsafe, as also my credit card information might be abused.

Für mich eine schlechte Adresse, weil nur Teilbetrag der Kaufsumme zurückbezahlt.
Habe nach Bestellung von Ohrpolstern ca.4 Wochen gewartet. Das Paket ist wohl in Deutschland zurückgesandt worden - leider keine Hinweise dazu von der Firma. Auf Nachfrage wurden mir 15,60 Euro von 25,90 zurückerstattet. Ich sollte noch einmal 8,95 Euro für einen erneuten Versand (von irgendwo zwischenorts?) bezahlen. Wo gibt es soetwas?

No issues

I ordered replacement earpads for my headphones. I was a bit fearful after reading all the other reviews, but I experienced no problems. Shipping took about 1,5 weeks, which seems fair from Asia to Europe. (Then customs sat on it for another week, but that's not the company's fault.) The product seems good quality so far.
