Good product, fast delivery, friendly service

Easy ordering system and great customer service and to cap it all free delivery!
I was called to confirm delivery date, which was the 2 days from when ordered, got a text to say an approximate time on the day and the driver was courteous, obliging and a skilled operator.
Would recommend highly.

Order delivered on time, driver was very friendly placed dumpy bags exactly where I wanted in a very tight situation nothing was too much trouble and all this service at a very competitive price

I ordered my stuff online to do a small gravel driveway, edging stones, hardcore, shingle, sharp sand etc on Thursday evening and nearly everything I wanted was showing as in stock. The only things I could not get were 2 x 600mm edging stones, which after a quick and efficient chat on the website I was informed that they are not stocked ( I got them from Wickes). Friday I got a phone call from the depot and arranged for delivery on Monday, the lorry turned up about mid morning and I asked the driver if he could put the stuff in a specific place which he done very effectively. Overall very pleased with the process from start to finish.

Given an update On arrival time. Delivery driver polite, friendly and helpful.

I am still waiting for my complete order to be delivered. The planed timber P S E - 25 x 50mm code PAR122 was not in stock and was to follow this should hav been delivered on the 11 August it is now the 21st August with still no sign of it.

Excellent service, from order through to delivery.
Very helpful on the phone, rescheduling so the delivery was convenient for us.
Delivery driver was excellent- access cab be tricky with us, but the driver was very careful and very helpful.
All in all a great experience

I am saddened to see that yet again the experience with
Bradfords due to your click and collect service again falls short of satisfactory.

I'm sure you will l apologise greatly for these issues and for any inconvenience this may have caused me.

If you did look into this further, it would be amazing if you could take the time to reply with any corrective action that may have be implemented?

Excellent service and a very accommodating driver who turned his vehicle around so I could have the delivery dropped in the ideal place.

Text received with a delivery time between 7-10am was good and enabled me to plan my schedule.
Failure to arrive within that time period caused me delay and wasted my time. A call to warn me of delay would have been helpful. I called branch who were only able to say delivery would be soon.
Shame, up until this point service was excellent.

Ordering my fence panels was easy and a good price. Delivery was fast and driver was helpful. Thank you

After not getting any help from another supplier I was advised to use Bradfords. What a difference! A great telephone service, item required in stock, good price and a discount. Delivery was in a few days.

We used the website to do a click and collect order and a delivery order. The website is easy to use, the staff were really helpful when we collected our order and the delivery person was helpful and put our order in the garden where we requested. Brilliant service all round.

On line ordering a doddle, had to add to order, no problem at all. Craig who delivered dropped off to exact location to make things easier for me.

Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered for a click and collect and they phoned me within 10 minutes to see if I was collecting before their closing time, which was 10 minutes later as they would make sure it was all prepared. Very friendly and helpful would use again and thoroughly recommend
