Excellent level of Customer Service...Nick (Sidmouth Branch) went the extra mile in dealing with a tricky location for delivery ensuring that building materials were left as close to where they were required....very much appreciated!

Great service
Before placing the order online I rang the branch for information on certain products to make sure I had the correct components.
Our house isn’t straightforward to find and a very narrow lane to negotiate.Very cheerful and helpful delivery man.

Bradfords at Sidmouth are great to deal with. Buy on line, get a fast telephone call to arrange delivery, flexible fast delivery, and superb service by an excellent driver. It does not get better than this. This was my 5th order and delivery with them.

Ordered item corrected by phone
I ordered three related items on line but made a mistake on one of these items, after a call from Bradfords, this was corrected before I picked up my order. Another item that I wanted was from the warehouse. A staff member helped me select this item and also give me advice on other products for a future project.

Great all-round service
Quick delivery, and driver was very skilled, dropping the soil in exactly the right place with minimum fuss. Would definitely recommend Bradford’s Sidmouth!

The ordering online was fairly easy,delivery a dream.
The ordering online was fairly easy, but once the local depot was involved everything was streamlined and easy. A telephone call from Sidmouth checked when I was at home, and an email on the day warned of the delivery tine frame.
The delivery was paving slabs on a pallet, and the driver asked where was the most convenient place for me to unpack and move them. He placed them at the top of the drive, which minimised any blockage of access and meant I only had a few metres to carry and stack them ready for use. He was very helpful and pleasant. Would have no hesitation using Bradfords for the next job!
