I am more than pleased with help and service provided by Bradfords Helston branch. From the moment I telephoned and spoke to a lovely helpful guy çalled Steve to the very quick delivery of my goods and the way they were put on my drive. Endeavoured to make an order on line…excellent service
Endeavoured to make an order on line but without much success, the only down side, but the had a phone call from my local store to say they were happy to take order over the phone. This was straight forward and all items ordered arrived the following day, and all good quality. Excellent service.

Very easy to order online, the company had a query with my order and telephoned me within 24 hours of ordering, very polite staff. On delivery, the driver wore a face mask and kept his distance, very pleasant and friendly driver

Friendly, helpful and proactive. Reclaimed railway sleepers are absolutely brilliant! Lose a star only for communication - From the website expected a wait of 2-3 weeks, but received a phone call the day after ordering to be told they were out of stock and no forecast for when they might be available. All 5 star good so far, as I was not in a rush... Then, out of the blue, less than a week later, my phone rings - early in the morning when I'm working late shifts! It was the driver reversing up my lane with the sleepers! Excellent urgency, but lucky that I happened to be in that day!
