The expert & friendly local DIY supplier
The ease of purchase goes without saying! always a pleasant experience. The delivery was super, a little earlier than expected but a lovely driver who put the order just where I wanted it, he also acknowledged a neighbour to explain he had just finished and wouldn't hold them up from leaving in their car. As for quality of product, no fault ever found!!!

Never disappointed
Always great service from my local Bradfords store [Crewkerne]. Rapid delivery, not asked for but very welcome with great communication on day of delivery. Driver could not have been more helpful as we tried [and failed] to get the items into the shed. Plan B was the hallway and he helped with that too. Never dissatisfied with this lot. Highly recommended.

Organised a delivery slot last Thursday…
Organised a delivery slot last Thursday for the next available day which was today , Tuesday, I requested it to be after 4pm as no one would be there to take delivery until then , I had taken time out to get back for the delivery slot allocated and waited around for an hour to be informed 15 minutes before the store closed that my delivery wasn't coming !! Dont really think this is professional of the conpany at all or even acceptable ! I understand things happen and deliveries get ouahed back but still .... i had 2 peiple waiting around wasting their time and my time for the fact of a simple call , also they didn't seem to give too hoots if I had it or not and could have had the decency to call alot earlier to inform me it wasn't coming . I even called yesterday twice to ensure this was going to happen!! Absolutely useless !!
