Very helpful delivery driver. Good products arrived on time and in good order

Ordered 4 bulk bags of gravel online. They were delivered within 2 days with good updates on time of delivery including a phone call to me from the local depot to check address etc.. The bags were offloaded exactly where we needed them. Very helpful driver. Gravel is great quality and always exactly matches what we had before.

I use my local branch in Blandford Forum and all of the staff have been excellent with help and advice while we renovated our bungalow.
Nothing was to much trouble and special thanks to Pat for his help with delivery’s and getting hold of what we needed when we needed it.
Prices are good for a Local Merchant and no doubt certain items could have been purchased from a much larger store in a bigger town BUT you will not get the help and advice.
Will be very happy to recommend to friends and family.

Met the delivery driver on my doorstep, who handed me the scuffed up circular saw by its handle, unboxed!
Contacted branch who proceeded to tell me "that this was normal because they buy them at such good rates, they don't come boxed", "most people would rather they didn't come in a box".
It was missing several key components (Rip Fence, Blade Spanner,Dust Extraction Spout).
Had to return item to store. No apology, was made to feel like I was making a fuss. Not acceptable.

Service was excellent and delivery was excellent drive very pleasant to top mark's

Bradfords in Blandford Forum always do their best to help me with my orders. They deliver at times that help me as I often want delivery to a site and not home. There is a gentleman called Pat who works there and is particularly helpful with advice in all aspects of whatever my project is at the time - so thank you Bradfords for being so nice to an elderly lady!

No response to emails asking about when this will be delivered

I placed an 'on line click collect' order for decking boards (4.8 metre lengths) which were shown as in stock/available at the Blandford branch. The items were paid for in full at the time of placing the order. I made a 40 mile round trip to collect said order only to be told on arrival that the boards were not available. Shorter lengths were available which I selected and I returned to the cash desk expecting an adjustment to be made in my favour to the price paid. Instead the manager stated he was charging me the same price as that paid for the longer lengths. He was not prepared to discuss any pricing adjustments, stating his decision was final. The manner in which I was dealt with and spoken to left much to be desired - lessons could be learnt from staff at my local branch of BBS in Verwood! I will not be using the Blandford branch again.

Ineffective website which allows you to purchase items that are not in stock - will not be using again.

Excellent and friendly staff who are always ready to help.

Helpful. Provided (better) alternative when stock was incorrect. As a DIYer I didn't feel out of place. Suitable for trade or individuals.

Ordered easily online and very good service when phoned the local depot. Delivery man was great, carried the slabs to the back garden instead of leaving them at the front. Will definitely use Bradfords again.
