Went to see DeanZ. At Bradford Live,
If it was not for the fact that I have some more shows booked with my daughter, I will not be going again, it was not the show Dean Z was brilliant, it was the security guards that followed me in because I had a can of pop walking in front of me pushing me, I have osteoarthritis in both legs and very unsteady, he kept coming in front of me pushing me, I have a walking stick, it made me feel very sick and anxious.
So from now on will stick to St Georges Hall and Alhambra were I get the service I need.

Food quality awful for the cost. £9.80 for 6 southern fried chicken strips, get better quality southern frid chicken strips in Iceland.
Sound quality terrible, got bad feedback when Skeletal Family played, and could hardly hear the lyrics.
Staff need training to give appropriate discounts - I paid £45 to become a priority live member which they clearly advertise in the venue saying one of the benefits was 20% discount on food and drink. When I ordered the food I showed my bradford live digital pass, she acknowledged it but still charged full price.

The venue and the Christmas decorations for the Dukebox Christmas event was beautiful. We had an amazing time and the food was lovely too. It's makes a nice change to go out in Bradford to venue that feels and looks sophisticated. Also, the ticket prices were very reasonable for the venue, the food and the experience.

Far too bright in all the bar areas and corridors. Feels like you are in an office. But more importantly they REALLY need to sort the sound out. It's shockingly bad making lyrics inaudible and music messy. Add to that O2 size bar prices and no cloakroom in December and you have a distinctly average venue that should be great. Trafalgers lack of experience of running a music venue of this size and absolute lack of understanding of economics in the North are on show throughout.

It’s a glorified pub. Drinkers walking up and down fetching pints of ale all through the performance of Yorkshire Calling disturbing people who actually came to see the show. An insult to the artistes. The bar should be closed until the interval. By the way, for all the blurb about fine dining and grab and go (whatever that rubbish talk means) you can’t even buy a cup of tea at this so-called world class venue.

Booked tickets to see Pratpack at the new Bradford Live, not cheap at £120 each. Various dining options shown on website, when I initially enquired was informed only 'street food' (whatever that is)available. Then asked if seating was available whilst eating only to be told no street food either, only 'ambient food' available?
Extremely disappointing and misleading that no stylish dining available considering the millions spent on refurbishment.
