Votre système de payment nais pas ajour…

Votre système de payment nais pas ajour tout le monde veule revenir chez vous pour votre service mais veuillez au moins mettre ajour vos méthode de payment et un chat live pour réglé les problèmes des client !!!! Un vrais scam il suffit de cherche sur google bmp-lux scam !!!! Étonnant le nombre de victime

One of the best in Europe!

I am using the service since months without any problem. I have received small/medium/large parcels by Fedex, TNT and even by standard postal service without any tracking number.

Never was problem, they received the parcels then uploaded it into the system, not only where it is came from, but weight,dimensions and even tracking number to make easy for me the identification.

If I asked extra services, they did everything for me. Like re-checking parcel, making photos, scan documents, repackage parcels or even call directly the necessary courier company because one of my parcel has been delivered to a wrong place.

If I had any question, I got answer by email usually within 30 minutes and not an automated answer, real answers with real informations.

So I am more than satisfied with the service, more familiar to me than any other parcel forwarding service,

Still as bad as before bankruptcy

So I gave them a second try after the owner of BPM went bankrupt. They had a substantial balance that I had prepaid and tehy still owed me. It turned out eventually that they would only use that for handling fees in teh new company. And those are expensive (EUR5 for a small package repack or resend). It turned out all they did was switch the company to teh wife's name. So same management remained.
When I had a small package package forwarded, all they would offer me was a retail price shipping cost of EUR 25 PLUS the EUR 5 handling so EUR 30. There was zero choice. I could have had a better price EUR 16) having it picked up myself at an ordinary business rate.
The fact that they mention that they only give me the benefit of my EUR 50 balance use as 'ex gratia' is so manufactured. They went bust and owed me that. It was no favor as they pretend. It was my money not theirs.
I decided to cancel them altogether and take the loss of the balance since I doubt they will repay it if they call it ex gratia. Better that then accumulating extra unnecessary costs with forwarding.

Apparently not so bad services, as Mr Peter, requested
reactivation of his account the first day BPM-Lux.com went online again.
The substantial open balance in favour to Mr Peter, by the
previous operator was 46,80 BPM Credits = € 46,8 .-
Make your own mind about the accusation of Mr Peter.
Thousands of BPM customers understood very well the invitation dated
24.11.16( see for your self ), applaying for membership again.

Mr Peter accepted all 9 points.
Mr Peter also ordered and accepted expressly to ship a parcel
for € 25 to his desired destination. He could have wait and consolidated
more parcels into one.
BPM-Lux.com was operated since 2005 by a company registered in Luxembourg.
Since November 2016 BPM-Lux.com is operated by BPM Germany Address and
E-commerce, registered in Germany.

This company was created for people living in Luxembourg to shop online in Germany. If you live outside Lux, (or the EU) definitely steer clear. The "New BPM-Germany" in a nutshell: zero price transparency, hidden fees, horrible customer service, huge mark up on shipping and standard bait and switch tactics.

Achtung. sehr unseriöses Unternehmen.

Ich war über ein Jahr Kunde und im April 2016 wurden auf einmal keine Pakete mehr angenommen oder weitergeschickt.
Das Unternehmen war Pleite und mein Geld war weg.
Dann hieß es im Dezember 2016 sie wider da sind und ich die Damals bezahlten Beträge gut geschrieben bekomme, aber dann wollten die wieder Geld, obwohl ich noch zwei Monate Gutschriften hatte.
Als ich per E-Mail darauf hinwies das mir in einer E-Mail die Gutschrift versprochen wurde, sperrte sie mein Konto und mein Geld war wieder weg.

Habe zwar 1,-€ zurück erstattet bekommen aber es ist ja noch über 10,-€ Guthaben über die einbehalten wurden.

Good Service and Very Reliable.

I have re-signed up for BPM-Lux mailing services since they changed owners. New owner is very friendly and helpful. I am eternally grateful for her assistance and look forward to being a BPM-Lux customer once again. I have revoked a previous negative review as there were some communication difficulties which meant that my emails to customer services with requested Identity documents attached where bouncing back to me for several days in a row and not getting through to them. As you can understand, seeing as the company was under new ownership I was rather worried and concerned about this and I couldn't even email them to alert them of the problems that I was having. I can confirm that I have now sorted this out and apologise profoundly to the owners of BPM-Lux for my previous negative review. Very sorry for the misunderstanding! :-)

Absolute nightmare !!!!!!

Endured BPM-Lux business practices for a year. Then.... they were gone. The company appears to have dissolved overnight. Contacting them is not possible because, according to the last email they sent to customers, they are unable to "access their servers" ??? I hope everyone that was unfortunate enough to be a BPM-Lux customer somehow recovers their mail and packages.

Rip Off

WARNING this company have ripped me off. They charged me crazy fees of over €4000 for storage when I never agreed to this. Then when I confronted them about it they refunded 70% but still said they had to charge me €1200. CRAZY. So as you can imagine I asked to close the account. Now they have charged me €66 to close the account. Please look out for this company.
