I’ve been a long time lurker on the auction site, just having a look. It wasn’t until I saw an auction I liked that I was bidding seriously, unfortunately I didn’t hit the reserve. I emailed in and was in communication with Claire who helped me find out the reserve and she reached out to the vendor to see if they’d like to sell at reserve. She did a stellar job and managed to secure some additional lots too. These were paid and collected very quickly without too much bother. All in all an excellent experience made perfect. Thank you Claire for making my first auction as smooth as possible!

I've recently purchased through BPI. Onsite BPI staff, Andy Stewart, couldn't recommend him highly enough - great communication, very helpful, god send. Overall experience with this company 10/10, its staggering it actually is an auction company!

Easy set up to get on the auction site and a very made simple and good to deal with.

I contacte Claire Allen, as I was thr winning bid during the auction. Claire handled everything very fast and efficently, she dealt with and answered all my quiries quickly which put me at ease. Great customer service from all the auction team,it was a pleasure to be able to speak to a human beinng on all ocations.

Dealt with a professional gentleman, Dave Ward, who was very helpful explaining how everything works at all stages. As soon as our woodworking was shown for auction, it was bid on and bought. The gentleman paid BPI and they pay us 14 days later. It has already been collected and all went so smoothly. Thanks to Dave, we are looking for other items no longer needed. I recently used BPI as a selling outlet and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Facing retirement we needed to downsize which entailed selling the entire workshop. Faced with this I contacted BPI who proved to be very supportive - from initial contact to completing the catalog of equipment. We are now in the auction phase. All personnel that I worked with were really knowledgeable and helpful with strong interpersonal skills.

I receive regular emails from Catherine Lawson advising of upcoming auctions, she also updates any personal information swiftly and accurately on the site.
There is easy access to the auction site and the bidding process is easy to understand and use.
Once payment has been made, arrangement of collection of goods is clear and precise.

It's never an easy process liquidating your lifetimes project but the lads at BPI have been awesome. I've just listed all the kit with Kev too, smashing chap, 😁 understanding and totally professional. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I did I wouldn't hesitate, thanks BPI....

A huge thank you to BPI Auctions and in particular Richard and Neil for carrying out a quick and professional job. Our whole workshop was auctioned off and we were pleasantly surprised when the auction results came in. The collection of goods has been largely seamless. Good job BPI.
