Our wine was delicious
Our wine was delicious! Presentation also is lovely. Communication could be improved to include better information on each of the wines in regard to the grape type, harvest, etc - I'd suggest this could be printed on reverse side of each wine card. Also we are signed up for monthly subscription but not clear and maybe I've missed where this information is shared, what date to expect our next delivery. Looking forward to next month

Excellent service
Excellent service! Our first order was delivered personally by Conor within 18 hours of placing it. He was most friendly and helpful. The wines are very nicely presented, there are handy and informative notes accompanying each one and, so far, they have been top class. We’re looking forward to sharing our views on the wines with Neil, the sommelier, and selecting our next order based on what we particularly liked, or not as the case may me. The wines are not cheap but in our view they are very good value if you like your wine. We are not experts - far from it - so this service is ideal for us and will hopefully take the uncertainty out of our selections and also build our knowledge and understanding of wine generally.

I signed up for a 3 month subscription…
I signed up for a 3 month subscription (because I’m mosey like that). Each month I received a superb trio of perfectly selected wines boxed up beautifully and with taster cards for each bottle. Each box brought excitement and pleasure. Customer service is outstanding! I would recommend Box of wine for gift ideas too, there is something for everyone who enjoys a surprise.

Highly recommend. We’ve tried wines we would never have if they hadn’t been sent to us- almost every one of them were excellent. The questionnaire they do at the start is very effective. Customer service is without fault.

All three red wines delivered the first month (Aug) were excellent! Our favorite was the Nero d'Avola. For the September order, the Graves de Vayres was lovely, but the de Martino Gallardia was a bit insipid. We haven't tried the Monte da Ravasqueira yet.
As a user experiencing your site, I found a couple things a bit awkward. Modifying the address was awkward--I made changes but they didn't show up initially and then multiplied. Anyway, it is all fixed now.

New joiner
I joined Box of Wine and opted for a free bottle as my introductory offer. I received a lovely bottle of Malbec. I researched the rrp of the bottle and it was worth more than the delivery cost which I was delighted to see. I hope the next delivery meets expections and am excited to see what will be in the box.

Our wines sell for above €15 (minimum) in the Irish market so we are delighted to see you were happy with this. Occasionally google can skew prices as they show the price of wines in other countries and do not take into account Ireland's high taxes.
