Ordered some LED lights off an advert on Facebook. The offer seemed amazing - was a bit suspicious when I got an e-mail with a tracker option which did not work. Chased it up to get a very short, blunt e-mail at 11pm on Sunday evening to say would be delivered by today. However nothing has arrived, the link for the order no longer works and judging by comments on the website nobody seems to have received what they have paid for! Reported to facebook and now trying to reclaim money - just goes to show if a deal seems too good to be true it probably is! They are now also showing up on sites that monitor scammers!

Ordered 2 get 1 free Nordic lights,14/12.Confirmed by email I would receive 3.
Nothing received,messaged they advised I would be refunded half for inconvenience,never happened.They couldn't supply tracking but stated the items had arrived in UK and would be with me "next week",and they would give me a discount code for when I purchase something else,and definitely be with me on Tuesday 12/1/21,nothing arrived,stopped answering messages,and all comments deleted on Facebook site,though they have loaded more stock on,other people's adverse comments also deleted
