We were missing 2 drawers from our gaming shelf order and the photo from the delivery person clearly showed too few boxes delivered for what we ordered. After arguing with the support person about whether the picture showed enough boxes were there they conceded that there were missing boxes and said they would send a replacement but had to verify the tracking issue with the delivery company first. That was October 10 and I emailed Oct. 21 for an update and was ghosted.

I feel like a reputable company, after seeing the missing boxes, would send out a replacement immediately and sort it out with FedEx later.

Update: they are finally sending me the missing item but it shouldn't have been so difficult and as long of a process to get them to do that as resending the lost item is the standard thing to do.

Box King Games makes fantastic products to begin with. More importantly, I've had great customer service experiences with them. My original Ironside Table came with a wide array of shipping damage. Getting in contact with the support team and getting replacement pieces sent out was a breeze. Overall, a great company for those wanting to maximize their gaming gear.

Too expensive, too slow to delivery, bad customer service.

The shelving itself is ok without being spectacular. The issue that I had was when something went wrong with my 3rd order. I was missing about 6 sets of wall anchors. The back and forth with support was simply painful. They basically refused to believe that anything could have gone wrong with their process and wanted to charge me international shipping for their error. The speed of reply and the fact that they seemed unable to read any of the previous comments also meant it took 2 weeks to reach a conclusion. That conclusion being - we don't believe you, so tough luck!
Boxking’s reply reinforces everything I said. I sent them detailed photos on no less than 3 occasions.

I'm so happy with how adjustable the shelves are. A spot that fits all my taller game boxes, making the whole collection look much neater.

Fantastic quality, great pricing, currently have 16 feet of shelves, ironside table, and play mats. Highly recommended if you are into hobby board gaming.
