Kathy was amazing, we had issues with permitting and had to change a few things around and she was very understanding and prompt on her help. the drivers were incredible, Robbie and his partner (sorry I forgot his name) were very skilled and professional. the spot required skilled unloading and they accomplished it without hesitation or lack of confidence or experience. the full experience was great, I would recommend them to all.

Sales person was very nice, as was the delivery driver. However the box arrived pointed the wrong direction. On top of that, although stating on the questionnaire prior to delivery we didn’t have the 120 of space, we weren’t contacted until the business day before delivery and at that time were told it was too late for a smaller truck.(Although we completed the required paperwork 3 weeks prior to delivery) Driver was accommodating and stayed extra to help us get it in, but had to use a chain and my pick up to drag it in. Took awhile, but we were able to get it out of the alley and into the backyard(although my truck did sustain some damage in the process) container appears to be water/wind tight, but have found holes filled with apoxy and not sure how long that will last. The one thing that wasn’t mentioned and wish I would have asked was whether or not the doors work too! Our doors are nearly impossible to open and close, it takes a tremendous effort from two people to even attempt opening or closing. I’ve toughen containers like this in the past and never had an issue with the doors. Will now probably have to higher a welder to cut and then weld again the latches for the door. I realize these are used containers but I was under the impression that they were still functional. Very disappointed

From the time we placed an order over a year ago to the day they delivered our shipping container, everything was absolutely amazing and just above and beyond with this company. We will definitely recommend this company to anybody who is in need of a shipping container. They didn't excellent job!

The arrival of the container was on time and the driver was very helpful in getting the container set in place.

Not happy with the delivery. Driver was 3 hours late, after dark. Did not have the proper equipment to offload the box. Located box prior to unloading and by the time he got it off it was 5’ to far forward and 3’ to close to my bld. Should have been delivered during daylight hours,

It was ok tell I was informed that you have a price match and when I sent the response I was completely ignored. Emailing me like crazy to then ignore me. Not very perfessional.

Communication was great and delivery was right on time. Driver was polite and knowledgeable.

Customer service and delivery drivers were great... The container yard didn't have a box for me when the first driver went to pick it up. He called and told me and said Boxhub was already looking for another one. They found one and contacted me... The second driver delivered it when promised... Great all a round service 👍👍

This process was as easy as it gets and the two containers were in great condition (2 20’ one trip). From calling and ordering to the great driver, Alex, it was a perfect experience! The communication throughout the process was amazing. Anytime there was a change or a new delivery schedule, I got a call to let me know. The delivery driver was a contractor but he also did a great job working with us for delivery times and container placement. My experience with Boxhub was very positive.

Robert was great. He placed the container exactly where we wanted it He kept us updated on his status. Was prompt and very courteous.
Nik answered all our questions and always called back quickly.
We couldn't have asked for better service.

This is the second 40' container we've ordered from Boxhub -- from order to delivery communication is top-notch! I would receive an email daily with delivery updates. The driver we had was out of Savannah, his name was David -- very pleasant to work with. He backed the trailer up and dropped it where we wanted it -- very good!

Boxhub couldn’t have been easier or more professional. They were also the cheapest I found!

I ordered a wind and water tight crate. I understand that you are going to show pictures of the best ones on the lot and that I probably wouldn't get the one pictured. Unfortunately the crate you delivered has a hole at the base which nullifies any wind or water tightness. The main locking bar is so warped it is difficult to open or close. The left door is almost impossible to open or close.
I very disappointed in this crate. I have ordered one before and it was much better than this one. Both were ordered as wind/water tight.
