The container was a little bit more…
The container was a little bit more beat up than I was expecting, and the driver did not know how to back up, in turn destroying my lawn. It was clear in the instructions to back down the driveway but that didn't happen.

Outstanding communication. Service was a breeze-had to change my date of arrival-they were so nice about changing it. The box was not as expected door locks…
The box was not as expected door locks do not work easily as designed door seals are broken and covered with clear parking tape.door shows signs of leaking rust decay around the lip.

Everything was great except the…
Everything was great except the delivery the guy refused to drop it where I wanted. Witch I realize he has the right to do so he had to drop it on the road and I had to drag it into place. I also got a container that had to bent bars for the doors and the guy said you will get that. So now I have to figure out how to straighten them so I can get into the container easier.

Hard to open door still not resolved.
Delivery went well until dually got stuck in my yard. Driver was professional and friendly. The left door is very stiff and hard to open. Some lube and an Opn bar was sent to no avail. Otherwise the container is sound and leak free.

Second and (NOT) LAST purchase from BoxHub
UPDATE:
Im changing my rating after speaking to Priyanka who is the Director of Operations... My container has been exchanged at no cost to me. Priyanka was AMAZING to speak to and made everything right. I WILL give them another shot next time I need a container because of Priyanka's help.
Second purchase from BoxHub. 1st purchase was great! second one... not so much. delivered a container in HORRIBLE shape. Had to use a prybar to open the door then realized why. The rods on the door are bent badly. door will not latch and it takes all of my 275 pounds to open or shut the door itself. the roof leaks too. Asked BoxHub and they said they would do nothing about it other than charge me to pick back up and refund me a percentage of my purchase price. I do NOT recommend BoxHub and I will never use them again!

Boxhub - Best Service!
Boxhub was extremely helpful and made the purchase and delivery of the cargo crate easy. The Boxhub employees were professional, kind and accommodating, and the delivery drivers were amazing and skilled. The crate was placed exactly where specified.

Boxhub was the best choice I could have…
Boxhub was the best choice I could have made for our container needs. Michael was an amazing delivery professional. He moved his truck three times to get it in the exact spot we needed. He communicated with me the day before and he was very easy to work with. The container itself exceeded my expectations. It is easy to open, lock, and has answered all of our storage needs for safety here at Johnsonville LLC. Boxhub made this process very simple, I will use again!

Received the first container in the pouring rain on Friday. Unfortunately there was a leak in the top by one of the joints. Called my contact Jaime at Boxhub and he assured me they would have a replacement by Monday. The replacement arrived Monday as promised. Great customer service. Recommend using Boxhub. Totally Satisfied Customer
At first I was skeptical about purchasing a storage container but Jaime Bejarano put me at ease and assured me that they were an honest and trustworthy company. Well, he was correct! Everything we agreed on in the contract exceeded my expectations. My container was in perfect condition for a used one. The delivery was scheduled and on time. Isiaha has not delivered all of the…
Isiaha has not delivered all of the boxes and they are a couple of weeks overdue. I paid for them upfront. He stated that he would check as to why they had not been delivered and call me back. Since then, he has not called me back and won't take my calls. I feel like I may have been scammed. Please be very careful of this company.
